NOISY----as all get out!!! Gross & DISGUSTING??? Stay elsewhere if you can!!! Rooms are small & neighbors are NOISY & smoke POT all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My wife and I had an emergency repair need after car overheated and we were stranded on I-65 north of Mobile, AL. Tow truck driver recommended to take us to HHH AutoCare shop in Bay Minette, AL. The two brothers (Henry and Matthew Hadley) that own it could not have been more nice, honest and efficient. The business was started by their father, and their mother (who was also very nice) ran the office. They put us in quickly ahead of other jobs as we were traveling home to Tennessee from grandson's wedding. This was much quicker and more reasonable than a dealership shop! They were very competent in diagnosing and repairing our van. They test drove our van and made sure it was fixed right before letting us resume our trip. Also, they were very fair in the pricing. Highly recommend this business for all auto repairs! Good to know there are still honest people who don't take advantage of folks!
Some of the best food we have had. Amazing service and amazing staff. Seamless transfers. Would like it if Kayaking is near Luon Islets. This was our second time and we were thoroughly impressed.

Second time with this company. Seamless transfer from Hotel to Halong Bay. I must say that the food was amazing. Some of the best I have had, which is not usually the case but we just couldn't get enough of the food. Service and staff amazing. Always with a smile on their face. Highly recommend.

Lovely cruise which took us exactly as promised….caves, kayaks, hikes. Our cabin was lovely with a little balcony, which was a great bonus. En suite. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Plenty of food on offer, service and staff were very attentive. Definitely worth a trip around beautiful Ha Long Bay.
Everything was perfectly arranged. We were picked up from our hotel in Hanoi. Transferred to the cruise in a luxury bus. Check in was smooth and after the cruise was finished they dropped us back off to our hotel in Hanoi
We hooked and paid for 3 stars cruise and it was great experience. Picked up by modern bus from Hanoi. Kayaking and xave tours were included as promised. Not recommend for swimming this cold season but walking and hiking caves were excellent

We did not get the boat as we ordered. It was 50% more guest than according to their information at purchase. Not tidy boat, food was not good. People got stomach sick due to food on boat. All over the area it was crowdy. We did not get any contact with the operator until a day before the boat departure, although we really tried that for on month!
