On time courteous and a nice conversation about London. Net us in the terminal where we were told she would be.
Friendly and safe driver. Offered a lot of good advice for our stay. Only help would be to tell us exactly where to meet ahead if time. I had to call but answered very quickly
Our driver met us inside Heathrow, managed our bags and transported us as quickly as she could through London. Very personable driver(apologies, we forgot her name) who pointed out places of interest, made restaurant recommendations and made the ride very pleasant after a long flight.
Company reached out as soon ad we arrived in London .Our driver met us as we came from customs. The ride to hotel was good.He was polite and answered any questions we had. Abhishek was great.
The driver was on time and helpful. Also, she was a great travel guide on the hour long trip to the hotel.
At first, we didn't exactly know where to meet our driver, as the area we were supposed to meet our driver was packed with travelers and other drivers. I was hoping it would have been more clearly marked. But our driver found us after about 5 minutes, and everything else worked out great after that.
I booked last minute so didn’t see the fine print saying only 1 suitcase & 1 carry on. Flight was delayed and after 26 hours of travel from Australia, driver didn’t speak and just walked to the car then chastised us for having an extra bag. He drove to the hotel without a word.
Hi, Thank you for your review . Just trying to understand the "issues" you have highlighted. So your flight was delayed but the driver waited for you. You didn't read the "fine print" about the luggage allowance but the driver still managed to accommodate the luggage. Driver has advised you about the luggage allowance because on a smaller vehicle your luggage may not have fit ( you would have lost the transfer ) and in case you had a departure transfer. I don't know what I have missed but basically you seem to have given us a one star review for carrying out the passengers successfully. I hope you enjoyed you time in London
Chris the driver as great. She was so helpful and friendly. I had to get assistance because I couldn’t find them at first but they responded super quick.
The driver arrived at the airport approximately 15 minutes after we were ready at the meeting point. This may have been due to London traffic and no checked bags on our side. It was difficult to communicate with Viator and the driving service never provided a direct way to contact them. Route to our hotel was not direct, not sure why …
Booking was very easy and convenient. The driver was prompt and courteous. The price was reasonable and comparable to other means of transportation.
