Driver arrived five minutes early, if you are not early you are late…lol Newer car and clean, driver was professional. And from out location, the service was cheaper than an Uber to airport for me and wife. And I book less than 24 hours for ride.

Our driver was awesome and patient. My daughter wasn't feeling good and we took much longer than should have to exit airport. Our driver was very understanding 👏

I specifically requested that our driver be waiting at arrival with a sign. I sent our flight information along with timing that we would arrive. No one was waiting for us and we had to run around with all our luggage for one hour to find the driver and vehicle. Extremely bad experience.

When I booked this through Viator the address I entered was to the hotel we were staying at. 24 Market Street London Address the driver got was to 24 Market Place London. We got taken to the wrong address not by our mistake. Then we got charged more or get dropped off at a bad spot. Not a good experience. Make sure if you book any cabs use only ones that are properly licensed with the government.

Our driver and customer service team was great! After airport staff showed us the wrong way to go, I called customer service and he was so very polite and helpful. He worked with me to contact the driver. Driver was very nice as he was driving around looking for us, we finally found him. Driver was very friendly and polite. Excellent service overall!

Another good experience with our car and driver. He was on time and communicative throughout the pick up process. My only critique was that he wasn’t as friendly as other drivers we had. He helped with the luggage and drove us where we needed to go but I didn’t feel he went the “extra mile” to engage us during the drive. Not sure I recall hearing him say more than a few words the entire time. Not a bad experience at all, just not an exceptional one.

There was miscommunication from Viator to driver at airport . Driver said he couldn’t take us downtown London from airport. We had to use Uber to get a ride to airport! So we paid double rates. I ask for a refund from Viator and said I would get an email confirmation on the refund but it’s been 2 weeks and no response! They have lost my business!

Great and hassle free experience. We were picked up right at our gate and brought straight to the hotel. Very easy.
