A Viator representative failed to update my hotel address in the system. As a result, the driver was sent to the wrong hotel and failed to pick me up. He also rudely told me that he “didn’t have time to play games.” I had to get an Uber to get back to the airport. Otherwise. I would have missed my flight

Viator does not provide vehicle type or license so you are waiting at pick up point wondering if each shuttle that shows up may be yours. Since we booked a shared shuttle ride we had an earlier pick up than we had hoped for. We were the only ones (4) on the shuttle ride to LaGuardia. Our driver called me at the designated time to tell us he was picking us up around the corner from our hotel. No big deal but while you are waiting and you have family that are not used to traveling in NYC, it can cause them a little anxiety. Our driver was very nice and engaged in conversation during our ride. Pointed out landmarks in the city and shared his knowledge of NYC. We arrived at airport 3 1/2 hours before our flight. I guess that is the give and take of traveling in NYC and relying on shuttle transportation. Overall I would use the service again.

Good customer service. On time. Driver called to be let me know exactly where he would be waiting. Arrived to destination timely.

The driver was on time actually 10 min early. Received both text and email prior to arrival and when arrived. Driver called when there. He did an excellent job of navigating a very crowded area near Central Park. Got us to airport in plenty of time.

Our driver was there promptly at pickup time and expertly drove us to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight.

We had 13 people in our group including 5 small children and were transported from LGA to the cruise ship terminal. The driver communicated with me and gave us prompt location and time of arrival. The whole process was perfect.
