Be patient while the driver gets to you at your terminal. The driver will text you and give you instructions on where they will pick you up, also request a photo of you so they know who to look for.
Despite our early arrival at LGA we were able to contact the driver and he was able to accommodate us. The vehicle was air conditioned and clean. We were pleased and would reccomend
It was horrible. The car had a horrible smell. It was also dirty. The driver did not speak English and drove erratic. Highly do not recommend.

The car was clean and comfortable. The driver was friendly and knew his route. The only problem was his English wasn't very good.
It was very confusing, I gave my flight information but it appeared as if I had not, I had to give my information again take a pic of my luggage and was sent a pic of the car license plate that was not the vehicle that picked me up, the driver spoke no English and did not know where the Port Authority Bus Terminal was. It was very confusing and disorganized for a private pick up.

Our arrival to LaGuardia was delayed over an hour, our driver communicated with us and we stayed in touch, he sent us a picture of his vehicle and where to wait for him, just excellent. There was water available in his vehicle and it was a good ride to our hotel. Highly recommended
Be patient on pickup simply due to the volume of traffic. Communicated very well during the wait with time frames, clear pick up spot directions and vehicle description. Conscientious driver who was very pleasant.
We booked this from the airport when we arrived and to the airport when we left. I was traveling with my mom and aunt, so subway wasn’t an option this trip. The driver was super communicative and on time. Helped with luggage. Best part was coming FROM airport they don’t have to go to the ride share area and you can get picked up right by baggage claim. Price was comparable (maybe less than) an Uber.
It was unclear where to pick up ride. Cell service was awful. Needs to be much more clear. We went to where it said to pick up car service but our ride was out front
Both drivers were on time for our pickup and departure. Reasonably clean, and air conditioned vans. Communicated times and location of pickup and any other necessary communication very well. I could recommend this Viator Service.
