Worth the Heartbreak
I am originally from NY and was born in Manhattan but I was young when 9/11 happened and I eventually moved out of NY and avoided going to ground zero any time I came back. I finally worked up the courage to visit and see the memorials. Yes it was heartbreaking all over again and brought up memories of so much fear that day for my family that I knew was close to there and just the waiting and waiting and the loss. I cried but it was also a release of that time and that experience that allowed the freedom to truly honor the lives lost, reshaped and completely changed by that horrible day. Megan, our tour guide, was absolutely phenomenal. She was engaging, funny, and well informed. Her bubbly personality was refreshing and much appreciated for such a heavy atmosphere. The whole experience was great from check in to the final moment. The price was reasonable for the amount of time. The length of the tour was perfect and the group size was fine. I just wish a group photo is offered just to capture a beautiful moment of all nations coming together to learn and honor the lost ones. I def look forward to booking again for other events.

Jim Quinn is very good and knowledgeable. He was in lower Manhattan on 9/11 and has a real life perspective of this day. I highly recommend him

Sad and dissapointed
We were mislead as we thought this was a museum tour and we denied access due to closing early due to the next day being 9.11 so it needs to be clearer on advertising

When purchasing this tour there are options to upgrade to receive tickets to the 9/11 Museum and/or the One World Observatory. If you had selected the option for tickets to the museum you would have received the tickets from us and had access to the museum. Again, we apologize for the confusion and for any inconveniences.
