The experience was incredible and the staff were all amazing. Shaun, Aled, Issy, Nur and Maggie. I have to give a huge shout out to Shaun. My sister froze at the top she couldn’t do it her fear kicked in to the point she was unclipped and not continuing. Shaun you were such an amazing instructor, so patient and you managed to get her clipped back in and over the wall. You even managed to get her to open her eyes for a photo. I can’t thank you enough for your patience and perseverance she was on top of the world for completing it. Thank you, Viki

Brilliant experience for me and my two boys, all absolutely loved it. Instructors were absolutely first class, good fun but also great making us all feel completely at ease. The abseil was great, such a unique experience! Highly recommend

Fantastic few hours - an adrenaline fix when going from standing to hanging out on the side of the wall at Anfield.... We were guided by Shaun, Steff, and Belle, and while they were all brilliant, Shaun and Steff as instructors on the roof were just superb. My wife was rather nervous and she was reassured brilliantly by Steff, and was so pleased to have done it when she landed on the ground. Thanks guys - a brilliant experience...

We all had a great day .Steffi was super reassuring ,supportive and professional. Everything was explained very clearly by Steffi ,Megan and the whole team . Megan was very friendly and conscientious when giving explanations,fitting and checking the equipment. The views were spectacular and all the many sights were well described and explained. We could see right out to North Wales and the mountains. Steffi was very good at making the whole experience very enjoyable ,making suggestions how to get the most out of the absail such as bouncing off the walls of the Main stand and waving to friends down below. It was surreal bouncing down past the enormous Liver bird high up on the Main stand Thank you to Steffi ,Megan and the whole team .

We had a fantastic afternoon experience and Steffi was amazing encouraging us to make the most of this wonderful experience whilst building the confidence of those less comfortable in our party .
