I'm not the biggest Beatles fan but I enjoyed the visit. I used Tesco vouchers to pay for the ticket. Well laid out , lots of information. If you're in the Albert dock area it's a must visit.

Excellent multilingual app based commentary with headphones of the Beatles story from start to end. Walk though some 35 focussed sections.The recreated Cavern Club was particularly good. Informative, fun and great value

This was fabulous! We enjoyed all of the information and the displays and videos. We weren't rushed even though it was busy. The area around this venue was great, too. We walked from our cruise ship and it was a great way to spend a couple of hours.

My son is a Beatles super fan. We had really high expectations for this experience. We even arranged for our driver to stay longer because we thought we would be there quite a while. Although there were some nice items at the experience, it was overall a disappointment. Many of the items were replicas, not originals. The information was adequate but nothing exceptional. I think we expected that this would have a lot of memorabilia but it really didn't. It was extremely hot and the gift shop was closed unexpectedly. There was another gift shop that was part of the experience by the dock where the Beatles statues were, but it was poor quality items. Had we not had a wonderful tour of the Beatles sites in Liverpool and London, we would have been very upset. Our family literally arranged this trip to England for my son's senior year specifically because he loves the Beatles. If you are in Liverpool and have the time to visit the experience, do so. However, if you are crunched for time, see the sites in the town (like Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields etc.) instead.

While some of our displays are carefully crafted replicas designed to recreate key moments in the band's history, we understand that visitors hoping to see a larger number of original artefacts may leave wanting more. We're also sorry to hear that you found the attraction uncomfortably warm and that the Fab4 Store was unexpectedly closed during your visit. We appreciate how frustrating that must have been and will share your comments with the relevant teams for review. Great tour, we did not use the guide bit was available as a beatles fan, enjoyed seeing the memorabilia... there is also a cafe and a shop as well

Terrible experience, so tacky, mock ups of the cavern, rooftop, recording studios, all very amateur, generally a pathetic story of the greatest group ever, Disney could have done better, come on Liverpool your greatest asset and thats all you can do?
