Amazing experience. Awesome views. Guide #Jess was really good on her job. she was funny, and an amazing story teller.

It was a great way to see the sights. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and got us where we needed to go safely. The only negative was a text from the tour operator about tipping. I felt that was out of line and unnecessary. We would have tipped more without that message.

Wonderful trip to 2 stunning lakes. Smart and comfortable bus pickup exactly as arranged. The time at each lake was just perfect. Our guide Kenneth enhanced our experience with his interesting info along the way and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our trip. Very reasonably priced compared to some other companies.

Our tour guide was funny and thoughtful. Communication from the company was prompt and helpful. I’d definitely recommend Rockies Journey for a trip to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.

The shuttle picked us up on time and it was a very smooth ride to both lakes. We visited lake Louise and Moraine lake and our guide Ken Ken was very entertaining and helpful!

Go by bus, which is well organized!! With the tour we had 1 hour to visit Lake Louise, which does not give you time to see it from the viewpoint or to enjoy the spot where the glacier water plunges into the lake, but only to take the classic photo in the middle of the tourist crowd. My husband and I had to go back a second time. For Lake Moraine we had 1 hour and 15 minutes, more than enough but without any interesting explanations. The guide was kind and nice but I expected to learn something about the lake and the place. In short, the tour is fine if your goal is to see the lakes to take a photo and sit down to drink tea. If you really want to see the most beautiful spots, avoid the tour which, in the end, is just a private shuttle service that you pay 82 dollars for.

Absolutely loved our tour with Kenken this morning! He was amazing from start to finish — such great communication, fab knowledge of Banff and Lake Louise, and he was so helpful throughout the whole day. He made everything so easy and enjoyable, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. And the photos he took of us were SO good!! 📸 Honestly couldn’t recommend Kenken enough if you’re looking for a guide around Banff and Lake Louise. Such a brilliant morning and memories we’ll definitely keep! 🏔️🤍

Our flight was cancelled and with our rebooking, we weren't going to make our morning tour so we thought we had to cancel... but Rockies Journey-they fit us in on the afternoon schedule! The guide, Jess I think is her name, absolutely fantastic-personable, funny, knowledgeable, and accommodating!!! Definitely recommend this company, Rockies Journey, for any tours they offer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional experience with Ken Ken! We had an absolutely wonderful experience visiting Lake Louise and Moraine Lake with Rockies Journey, and so much of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Ken Ken. From the very beginning, Ken Ken was attentive to our family’s needs, kind, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. He made us feel so comfortable that it honestly felt like we were spending the day with a friend rather than simply following a tour guide. He went out of his way to help us, took beautiful family photos for us, and made sure we could truly enjoy every moment. Our children absolutely loved spending the day with him! As parents of a child with additional needs, one thing meant especially much to us: Ken Ken welcomed our family exactly as we are. He was understanding, flexible and inclusive, and never once made us feel that our child’s differences or needs were an inconvenience. That kindness and acceptance made the experience so much more relaxing and special for our entire family. Thank you, Ken Ken, for your help, your patience, your wonderful sense of humour and positive energy, and especially for making us all feel so welcome and included. You helped make our visit to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake one of the highlights of our trip to Western Canada. We will remember this day for a very long time.
