Frank was amazing to take us on shuttle tour. He even showed us where to go for pics and took pics for us. Lot of history lessons and very friendly
Fred , our driver was great in providing interesting information and guidance including safety tips. He was also helpful in taking a few wonderful photos of us. That was one of the most scenic and enjoyable bus trip we’ve had to Lake Louise and Moraine
Great easy way to travel to the 2 lakes. Perfect pick up and drop off points. Highly recommended, it will not disappoint
Lake Louise and Moraine Lake were both beautiful. In terms of the actual tour, we had a few issues. We tried to contact the local tour company with a question before the tour. We did not hear back until after we had already completed the tour. On our actual tour, our guide had to refer to his phone a few times for descriptions of things and also couldn't find something on his phone that he wanted to describe. Our final note would be in regards to the drive by the guide. We had a close call in which our guide swerved into the right lane and almost hit a logging truck. A gentleman near the front asked if he was ok, did he experience something that caused the swerve. It looked like his head was down. The guide said he was ok. I must say, it was certainly a scare for everyone on the tour.
Went to both lake lousie and lake Moraine the weather wasn't great but everything else was And a big shout out to Red as the guide great service
The driver was on time and gave good instructions. He kept count of people and didn’t leave anyone behind. The bus was nice, average, cost effective. A loud large family rode and they were fun. The destinations were beautiful, plenty of time to explore. Bathroom breaks were plenty.
Driver got us to the sights. Played Middle Eastern music loud. Adequate ride. Okay service. We’ve had better
The bus driver was great, he was very kind and knowledgeable. The tour was efficient and we got to see a lot of amazing views
The driver Red was easygoing and very full of information to help us with our experience. His true care in us enjoying was apparent and his sense of humor just added more to the experience.
We booked this tour but got a message at 10pm the night before saying that the 830am tour did not have enough people and that they'd like to bump us to 930. We did not see this until we were at the bus pick up spot. Just be aware that a late night change may occur and check your reservation/app before leaving for your tour in the morning. I cannot speak to the tour since we were unable to alter our plans.
