We travelled to Tuscany to visit the concert of Andrea Boccelli in Lajetico. We had booked a VIP package for € 200,= p.p. extra. After we parked the car around 5pm on a dusty agricultural plot, which is very difficult to access, we had to wait together with hundreds of people before we were finally allowed to go to the theatre at 6pm. Arriving at the VIP area, a straw bale square, without tables and chairs, the organization appeared not to be ready to receive guests at all. The drink still had to be unpacked, very lukewarm wine, and the so-called buffet was nothing, a few toasts, a bowl of paprika stalks, some cheese and spiral spagetti with something white through it. And all in full sun. Went to the stands at 8pm. There were queues of people in front of the far too few toilets and bar to get a drink. The concert started far too late probably because many people were still in traffic to get up the hill. Finally at 21.15 he started performing, without introduction, not even from the fellow singer, we had no idea who we were listening to. After 45 minutes, a 20-minute break was announced. Because we already saw the shower hanging how we had to get off that property with about 10 thousand people, we left during the break. Unfortunately I read the other revieuws from 2019 too late, but then it was also all chaos. Never again. Poor organization, and way too expensive

This is the second year I have used this excellent and professional driver service. Our driver was a great communicator and was very concerned about our safety and comfort.

Driver was very helpful and courteous. Went out of his way to ensure we arrived to venue on time and with as little walking to and from car as possible. Highly recommend this company for private transport.

Our driver, Raphael (Raffa) , was a true professional. He was very kind and accommodating. The vehicle was very clean and very comfortable. When we returned very late after the concert our driver made sure we got safely into our Airbnb before he drove away. Excellent Service!
