Thank you so much! really appreciate this feedback and review.
Maria was excellent. Great little small car just right for the roads. Delivered car to hotel and collect great service.
Thank you so much for your review!
One of our best trips. Irene drove us and took good care of us. She is helpful, professional, patient and friendly, made us feel comfortable the whole journey. She was very prompt, waiting for us early at the pick up point, accommodated our time extension. GT Gianluca Tours follows up closely with our booking, giving us advice and prompt in replies, gives us great peace of mind and reliability. Will definitely choose this company for future travels
Thank you so so much!! really appreciate your feedback, really hope to see you back in Florence one day! Big hugs! Gianluca
Gianluca was attentive, knowledgeable and definietly went above and beyond to show us sites along the way. We would hire him again or recommend him in a heartbeat for this type of service.

We just loved Luka! He was a wonderful conversationalist, very professional and took care of us very well throughout the day. It was a wonderful shopping day!
Thank you thank you thank you so much!! hope to see you again one day, have a nice holiday here in Florence...Big Hugs
Nice city with great architecture and got 2 brand outlets with Tax free shopping (45 mins drive)and we just hired a car and had fun looking around including to regional areas. Airport is ok and got direct flights to London city airport.
My Mall Outlet Tour with Gianluca was even better than I had imagined. He was punctual, charismatic, knowledgeable and his car was immaculate. Gianluca went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
Thank you so much!! Hope to see you again in Florence
I book for the tour in advance , they called me before two days to confirm the time and pick up location and timely the driver pick us from the hotel to the mall .the driver was an excellent guide
Thank you a lot!!
Luxury and then luxury.there are no words quality and then quality..mercedes forever there are no better designs
Ease and convenience of having a personal driver. They picked you up where you want and dropped you off where you want. We chose 4 hours but it wasn’t enough time to shop because it also included travel time to and from which was 45-1 hour. So really only 2 hours of shopping.
