Very interesting visit that allowed us to better understand the different neighborhoods of La Rochelle according to historical periods. We also discovered architectural details in a city we already knew. Vivien knew how to adapt the route to interest our teenage grandchildren.

Vivien is a nice guide who knows his city well, we had a good time and learned a lot about La Rochelle

Experience with Martine to absolutely avoid. We didn’t learn anything about the history of La Rochelle (although it is stocked), it seemed to discover the city at the same time as us most of the time. It is unacceptable to charge such a sum (90€) for so little dynamism, spirit and culture .. some moments seemed and long and embarrassing so little she had to say ... I am very disappointed because I expected much more, you have to stop improvising guide especially without passion

Our tour guide was wonderful....Martine was attentive, punctual, and took us wherever we wanted! We loved the flexibility and also the patience displayed by her! It was a charming place to visit.

I booked this excursion weeks ahead for my family as we were coming on a cruise ship. I asked if the meeting could be later in case of the ship being late. The boat ship didn’t dock till 1/2 an hour after expected. I notified the guide and told him it was running late. He said not to worry, he would wait. We rushed off the boat and got on one of the first shuttles. It dropped us off at the town square. The guide said the meeting place was at a tourist center. After we got off the shuttle I started showing the address to everyone! No one had any real idea of where it was. We raced across town to an area that some thought it might me close. I found WiFi and texted and called the tour guide. No answer. We finally found it. It was a seedy little store front that sold cigarettes and the lady there said she’d never heard of the company or the guy. We finally gave up and about an 1/2 later I got a text that said he’d waited a little but left, have a nice day.

Very historic and quiet city, our guide was very knowledgeable and took us to what we felt was insider spots.. comedy club, local chocolate shop, a restaurant with flowers in it, Templar place and much much more. He also made us a tour video at the end, which was a nice touch!

Adolphe our guide was great, very friendly and told us a lot about the history of La Rochelle. Very interesting and very pleasant visit. Thank you!
