この11〜12時間のツアーは、アルメニアの領土にある聖書のアララト山に最も近いポイントであるホルビラップ修道院を訪れることから始まります。山の最も美しい景色を楽しむのに最適な場所です。次に、神殿の聖母教会がアルメニアで唯一の2階建ての修道院であるため、その構造がユニークな修道院複合施設Noravankをご覧ください。ジャームクはもう一つの停留所であり、素晴らしい自然に囲まれたリゾート都市です。さまざまな温度と非常に素晴らしい滝で湧き水を味わうことができるミネラルウォーターのギャラリーで有名です。最後に、今日はワインで有名なアルメニアで最も古い集落の1つであるアレニをご覧ください。ここで、6000年前のブドウが見つかりました。

ホル・ヴィラップはキリスト教の受容と直結しており、アルメニアで最も有名な巡礼地である。 アルメニアのキリスト教は、トルダット3世王をキリスト教に改宗させる前に地下牢に幽閉された聖グレゴリウス智慧者の働きにより、301年に国教として採用され、17世紀にホル・ヴィラップ修道院の教会が建設された。 修道院からは、聖書に登場するアララト山の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。
百の洞窟の岩に囲まれた狭い道を抜けると、そこには自然との調和がとれた建築の光景が広がっていた。 精緻な建築的解決策と豪華な装飾で祀られた修道院は、13世紀のアルメニア建築の最も明るい例の一つである。 ノラヴァンクは、聖カラペト教会、聖グレゴリー・ザ・イルミネーター教会、聖アストヴァツァツィン（聖なる神の母）2階建ての教会からなり、理想的な建設的で彫刻的な働きで注目に値する。
特にヴァヨツ・ゾルとアレニ村は、何千年もの間アルメニアワイン醸造の発祥の地であった。 「ヒン・アレニ」ワイン工場は、この地域の扉を世界に開き、歴史的で土着のアルメニアのブドウ品種を紹介します。 ワイナリーでは、ワイン造りの歴史的な伝統と最新の近代的な設備がうまく融合しています。 "Hin Areni" ワイン工場は250トン以上のブドウを処理する能力がある。
ジャームックミネラルウォーターギャラリーと滝。 有名な健康リゾートJermukは、Vayots Dzorの北東部にある。 イェルムクのミネラルウォーターは中世初期から薬効があることで有名であった。 ミネラルウォーターを備えたポンプ室が並ぶ特設飲泉ギャラリーが、来場者向けに建設されている。 水温は30℃から50℃まで様々である。

Arakel gave us the best day out exploring Khor Virap, Noravank, ancient Birds-Cave, Hin Areni wine factory. He was such a genuine guy, good English, good sense of humour, he even organised a surprise birthday cake at lunch for my partner for her bday. He’s a really good driver, and is really professional.
