We are incredibly grateful to Atsuko for an extraordinary afternoon! From the beginning, her excellent communication and thoughtful follow-up ensured that she fully understood our needs and interests. She carefully researched options for our unique requests and planned the day perfectly. Atsuko is exceptionally knowledgeable, articulate, professional, and flexible. She even found the perfect spot for us to experience the 73rd Festival away from the crowds, allowing us to enjoy this special event without being caught in the chaos. We especially loved our delicious local lunch, and we appreciated her diligent menu translations and recommendations, which ensured we had the best possible experience. In more than 30 years of travel, it is rare to find a guide who follows up after a tour to answer additional questions. That extra level of care truly sets Atsuko apart. She is a consummate professional, and we wholeheartedly recommend touring with her!

Our guide Kimy was great! On time pick up and return. Having mobility issues Kimy and our driver were respectful and concerned with our limitations while planning just the right itinerary for the day. We somehow managed to see and do a lot. Kimy was professional and knowledgeable on all the venues we went to, from the gardens and temples to the beach and the castle grounds. Kimy shared the important stories and history of the area. The observation locations she took us to were breathtaking. We enjoyed and appreciated the day we spent with Kimy and our driver were - such good people.

We have done this tour twice now! We loved it so much last time we came back the next year to do it again! Both times we requested Tomoko! Tomoko is the best tour guide we have ever had. She is prepared for all scenarios. Her attention to detail was truly the best part. If you go eat lunch on the tour, she carries silverware in case you are not good with chopsticks. She translates to help out with shopping and ordering food. She knows the best spots for pictures and helps to take them! She has pamphlets and handouts she carries for each activity to show you. Kochi is a wonderful place, with so much to offer. Booking this tour made it even more worth it.

Tomoko was a fabulous guide to our group of 4 for a shore excursion. She responded very quickly during the planning process, and even explored outside the city to see if there were any easy scenic hikes we could do or tea houses to visit, (which we didn't do). The restaurant options she provided made it difficult to choose, and the one we picked had very tasty food. (Just know the Bonito tuna and pretty much all seafood is served raw). She provided us with local snacks and spoke very good English explaining the beach, castle, knives, brewery, and other sights. I highly recommend Tomoko to be your guide. Thank you for a great day!

Kochi is a wonderful city. We have a great time with your family. Our guide, Kimy, was fantastic. She picked us up as soon as we got off the cruise ship, and dropped us right back off. It was seamless. She was super knowledgeable about everything and picked a lovely local spot for lunch. She was so accommodating to get us to every place. We wanted to see in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this tour. Our private driver was wonderful as well. He was super friendly and was always right there when we were ready to go.

Kimy was wonderful. She was so accommodating and knowledgeable. She took several fantastic pictures of our family and shared them so we didn’t have to keep getting our bones out. She took us to a great local spot for lunch. The driver was very friendly. I would highly recommend this tour if visiting Kochi.

We were so blessed to have Hiroshi as our tour guide. He was patient, extremely attentive, well prepared and super informative. Our tour was well planned out and his lunch spot was excellent. Hiroshi's English was excellent and conversational. Thanks so much for a wonderful tour. Best wishes. Paul

She was very proactive and contacted me several weeks before to plan the itinerary for the day and also to help with our dietary requirements ( we are vegetarian). She involved us in the plan of the day at every step. She met us as we got off our cruise ship with a very nice vehicle and friendly driver. She was very knowledgeable about the local area and Japan in general and gave us lots of interesting information and could answer all of our questions. She took us to the Sunday market and helped us try some local vegetarian delicacies. The weather that day was very poor, with heavy rain but she readjusted our tour so that we were sheltered from the worst of it with a visit to the castle museum. The castle was a real highlight. We also went to the botanical garden and Shinto shrine which were also fantastic. Thank you very much Kay for being and excellent guide. We loved our day with you.
