We really enjoyed our 5 day tour of Kerala with Sanguine Holidays. From the start Nimisha was very helpful and accommodating to us wanting to change the itinerary to remove a stop and include a Backwaters resort. We loved our lakeside view room at Backwater Ripples. The highlight of our trip was staying on the houseboat, we chose the semi-luxury option which we would recommend because of the air conditioning in the living/ dining area. Throughout the trip our driver Sujith drove safely and communicated with us well, always making sure we were happy and tailoring the itinerary to suit us.

My spouse and I did the 5-day tour in February 2026. We had a great experience! It's hard to overstate how beautiful Kerala is, and this trip provided lots of time to be in nature. Kerala's food is also delicious. Sanguine Holidays did a great job. Our driver was very communicative and laid back even while navigating the traffic and winding roads on our route. The restaurant choices and accommodations were excellent, especially the two-night stay at The Leaf in Munnar and the private houseboat. Nimisha was able to find a hiking guide for us in Munnar last minute when we realized we would like to hike Chokramudi Peak. I think this is a perfect trip for a young couple or a small family that wants very good accommodations (not cheap, not luxury) while exploring Kerala. One thing to bear in mind is that there is a fair amount of time in the car each day (3-4 hours), which could be uncomfortable for some. But the views as you go are worth it! You should bring a solid amount of cash (maybe $200-300 USD converted to INR) to pay for excursions like a jungle jeep safari in Munnar, trekking guides, park entry fees, museum entry fees, etc. Overall, we had a well-planned, stress-free trip, and it was easily under $1000 for the 5 days.

We did 6 nights on this tour organised by Nimisha. We visited Munnar, Thekkady, and Alleppy for the house boat and a waterfront hotel. It is a fantastic and very relaxed tour where you see mountains, tea plantations, national parks and then the backwater. Our driver, Sumesh, was amazing and put up with a great deal of loud talking and laughter..he did well and we enjoyed his company. Sanguine Holidays are incredibly professional and efficient. Everything was perfectly organised. Quality of the hotels was very high. Nimisha also helped us with additional parts of our trip, she was a great help.

Nimisha from Sanguine was so helpful when we were organising our Kerala trip. She made recommendations and helped with booking extras. The hotels we stayed in were of good standard and there were no hidden costs. Our driver, Harison, was lovely. Kind, courteous and a very safe driver with good English skills and excellent local knowledge and recommendations for places to eat etc. We would highly recommend Sanguine and the tour, very relaxing and well organised.

These 5 days were the best time of my life. The whole trip was well-organized and full of activities. Nimisha was very helpful and always available. Our driver, Rajesh, was punctual and was flexible when it came to our needs, taking us to wherever we wanted to go. I highly recommend this tour if you come to Kerala!

We went on a 5-day private tour in Kerala, which we booked with Sanguine through the Viator app. They arranged the trip wonderfully. Nimisha was amazing — always available to answer our questions and help whenever we needed. Sumesh was an excellent driver and a knowledgeable guide throughout the trip. Nimisha was amazing to work with to schedule our tour of Kerala. I had spoken to a few travel agencies, but Nimisha was the only one to really understand my priority, which was seeing Elephants. She customized the trip to provide the most opportunities for elephant sightings. The hotels she selected for us to choose from were amazing. We stayed at the Blanket Hotel and Spice Village, both properties that I would return to, and then on a houseboat. My son and I had so much fun on this trip and would love to come back again.
