Great communication from time of booking to time of drop off. Driver met us timely right outside of the airport gates with our name plaque, was very accommodating. The car was clean, smelled very nice, great entertainment system and music, chilled water for comfort. He made sure we were comfortable and safe. Very smooth ride, absolutely recommend to anyone for any transportation needs. 10/10 experience
Great puck up experience, clear communication, easy, would use again.
God experience. Would recommend to use this driver. Ride was entertaining & not boring, made the ride feel shorter
Courtney was wonderful to work with, vehicle was nice and overall a great experience. I booked him again for our return to airport.
Such a great experience with Courtney, he made sure I was okay and got he got to the airport before I arrived. 10/10
I will not use Viator again. However, on a positive note, my driver was excellent—accommodating, professional, friendly, and punctual. The experience with the driver alone would warrant a five-star rating; in fact, I would rate it ten stars. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional behavior and lack of knowledge demonstrated by Viator as a company, I cannot assign a positive rating to the overall experience. I would have given zero stars for Viator, but my driver compensated for this by providing exceptional service, making up for the shortcomings of the company.
I highly recommend this service. The driver had a very good experience and time management. He also had a good communication before picking up. Well organised and made sure you arrived safely and smoothly.
Courtney was friendly. He provided prompt and professional service. He has great communication and the vehicle was very clean.
I booked Courtney for a return trip from Kingston to Manchester. It was for a work event. He arrived early and was very professional. The vehicle was also quite clean. My colleagues and I felt safe on both legs of the journey due to Courtney's responsible driving. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a safe driving experience!
Great Driver, The ride was smooth and he knew most places we wanted to go to. It was also so easy to have a convestaion with him he was so friendly as well as always ontime whenever we needed him
