One of the highlights of our trip was how knowledgeable Tyrone was. He taught my family and me so much about Jamaica, especially Ocho Rios, its history, culture, and local attractions. Even though I'm a native of Jamaica, I realized I knew very little about the tourism side of the island. I truly appreciated all of the interesting facts and lessons he shared along the way. The vehicles were spotless and well-maintained every single day—even after my family tracked in plenty of mud and sand from our daily adventures! That level of care and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Tyrone also pointed out major landmarks throughout the area, taught my kids a few fun phrases in Patois, and was incredibly patient and engaging with our entire family. His warm personality made every ride enjoyable. Most importantly, he was a safe, responsible driver who never drove recklessly or sped, giving us complete peace of mind throughout our vacation. My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience, and we cannot thank everyone enough for making our trip so special! Iesha and Sean were outstanding tour guides. They were incredibly accommodating, gave us plenty of time to shop without feeling rushed, helped us find excellent prices, and took us to enjoy authentic oxtails and jerk chicken that were absolutely delicious. They made us feel welcomed, safe, and truly cared about throughout the entire tour. Kevin, at the horseback riding excursion, went above and beyond to make the moment unforgettable. He created such a romantic experience by giving me a flower to present to my wife while we were riding horseback together. It's a memory we will cherish forever. He was professional, thoughtful, and made sure we were comfortable and safe every step of the way. Egge, at the bamboo rafting excursion, was exceptional. He was professional, respectful, and made my wife feel comfortable during her half-body massage experience. He took great care of us and made the entire excursion relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable. Every single one of them catered to our detailed needs with kindness and professionalism while ensuring our safety at all times. They made our experience fun, personal, and unforgettable. Iesha was a great tour guide. Sean drove us around all day, and Kevin was such a cool guy for horseback riding, Egge was full of energy on the bamboo ride. Beautiful experience for sure.

Our driver made our trip absolutely unforgettable! From the moment he picked us up, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. He safely drove us to all of our excursions and went far beyond what we expected by offering to take us to lunch and souvenir shopping as well, making our day completely stress-free. He was so patient throughout the entire experience and never made us feel rushed. At one point, I realized I had forgotten my charger at the hotel, and without hesitation, he gladly drove me back so I could retrieve it. That level of kindness and flexibility truly meant a lot. His knowledge of the area, warm personality, and willingness to make sure we had the best experience possible made all the difference. It was so much fun. They don’t pick up near Negril which was the only down side. But the driver and the excursions were so fun. Everyone was so friendly.

My dad and I had a terrible experience with the full-body limestone massage that our tour guide advertised to us as an add-on. It was $80 per person for a total of $160 extra. Our massages were short and poorly executed. Meanwhile, every other massage around us seem to have gotten 5-star service. Every other massage was done by the boat captain himself, but ours was done by street vendors at the end of the river. This was our only day outside of the resort, and this experience was highly disappointing. My dad was looking forward to this experience because he loves getting massages and is in the self-care business himself. Our tour guide was unsympathetic when I voiced my concerns to him, telling me to tell them that I want the "full experience" next time. How am I supposed to know that? When is the next time we're going to be in Jamaica as a family?
