There was no one at the airport, 10:00pm, to pick us up. Driver arrived, after phone calls, over half an hour later. Then he drove with us to the wrong hotel and did not lock the doors of the taxi again when asking there. At a crossroads we were then attacked. The door was opened from the outside and the smartphone I used to find my way to our hotel, as our driver did not know it, was ripped out of my hand. On this phone were besides many personal things like photos, messages.... also our entire vacation planning. The night, which was already short anyway, as we were supposed to be picked up again at 7.00 am, we spent recovering from the SHOCK and having the Sim card of the stolen smartphone locked! You obviously have to give a point or he won't take the rating. I wouldn't have given one at all!!!

The service is really exceptional from the moment I made the payment online. On arrival the driver was already there waiting for me. He was very friendly giving me hints on how to safely navigate the city. On return, the driver even came an hour earlier than scheduled pickup time to ensure we have ample time to navigate possible roadblocks due to construction work along the airport route. I will definitely use the service on my next trip.

The company was very accommodating. I arrived earlier in Nairobi than planned and the dispatcher arranged for the driver to meet me earlier than i had scheduled. The destination directions given to me proved to be a bit confusing even for a local taxi driver; however, the driver was patient, got more accurate directions, did not get frustrated and stuck by me to get me safely to my location.
