I had read that immigration at Nairobi airport can be chaotic and stressful, so I took the advice of a friend who had used Viator to book. Travelling solo can be very tricky at times, and this system took all the worry out of it. I entered arrivals at 21.30 and there was my placard with my name clearly printed. It took less the 15 minutes to get through immigration. Highly recommend!
Great service and support! Agent met me when I deplaned and quickly guided me through the airport to include immigration, baggage claim and customs. She helped me find my ride to my hotel and put me at ease during the entire process. Excellent! I highly recommend using this company and service!!!
Great experience and great service! The young lady that assisted me was incredible! I cannot praise her enough. She navigated me through a complicated process ad there was a technical issue with my VISA and the fact my luggage was still stuck in my departure city (not Kenya). She was awesome.

They helped us navigate a short layover in NBO including clearing immigration, retrieving bags, clearing customs, checking them back in and to the departure gate - passing through myriad security checks along the way. Probably not possible without their help on such a tight timeline (incoming flight delayed by 3 hrs).
I’ve never had a problem with Viator before. I paid $40 for Meet & Greet at NBO airport. There was no person with my name on a sign as promised. I had a ticket. I want a refund.

Really good service from Umbato (Martha and Leo), nicely met airside on arrivals, whizzed through immigration and security. Same on departures!
