What a fantastic and special experience! My first safari, and I am very happy! The organization was perfect; our driver, Mr. David Mukami, was always punctual and helpful, and the packed lunch was very generous! I recommend it.

Our 3-day Masai Mara tour was absolutely unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guide. From the moment we started the trip, Ken was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about wildlife and conservation. He was so lovely with our 4 year old daughter and will not forget his kindness. Ken’s ability to spot animals was remarkable—we saw lions, a leopard, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and even witnessed some amazing wildlife interactions that we would have completely missed without his expert eye. He shared fascinating information about the animals, the ecosystem, and Maasai culture, making every game drive both exciting and educational. What impressed us most was his dedication to ensuring we had the best possible experience. He always positioned the vehicle perfectly for viewing and photography, answered all our questions with patience and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. The Masai Mara itself is breathtaking, but having such a skilled and passionate guide elevated the experience to another level. If you’re planning a safari, I cannot recommend him highly enough. I booked the 3-Day Mid-Range Jambo Masai Mara Shared Safari with Jocky Tours, and honestly, the experience exceeded all my expectations. Before arriving in Nairobi, I was a little doubtful, as many travelers are when booking online from abroad. However, on the morning of pickup, when I arrived at the agency and saw the large number of safari vehicles, travelers, and different tours departing, I quickly realized that Jocky Tours is one of the major safari operators in Nairobi, serving a huge number of guests every day. The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly our tour guide, Francis. He was simply outstanding. His knowledge of the wildlife, ecosystems, animal behavior, and Masai Mara in general was incredible. Every time we spotted an animal, he shared interesting facts and information that made the experience much more meaningful. Francis is also clearly very well known and respected within Masai Mara. Thanks to his experience and network, he consistently managed to position our vehicle in the best spots for wildlife viewing and photography. We got amazingly close views (less than 2m) of lions, cheetahs, Buffaloes, Elephants, Giraffes, Zebras, hyenas and so many animals I can’t remember their names, allowing us to capture incredible photos and even memorable selfies with the animals in the background. During our safari, we managed to see three of the Big Five: lions, elephants, and buffaloes. The package was advertised as a mid-range safari, but I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. Jambo Mara Safari Lodge felt much closer to a luxury experience than a mid-range one. Masai Mara itself is simply breathtaking. The landscapes, wildlife, and overall experience make it truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. I’m certain I will return again in the future, and when I do, I will definitely choose Jocky Tours again and I will be asking for Francis as my guide. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm from Argentina and this was my first safari ever, and it exceeded all my expectations. I joined a group as a solo traveler and from the very first moment I felt welcomed and looked after. Dennis, our guide, was absolutely incredible. From the moment we left Nairobi, he was already telling us about the different places we passed through on the way to Masai Mara. I had a million questions and he answered every single one with patience and enthusiasm. Once inside the park, his skills were remarkable, he always knew exactly where to position the Land Cruiser so we could get the best views and photos of the animals. We saw everything: lions, elephants, giraffes, hippos, buffaloes, pumbas and so many more. My absolute favorites were the zebras, and Dennis took us so close that I could photograph them just a few meters away. He shared so many fascinating facts about each animal that the experience felt not only exciting but truly educational! Beyond the wildlife, what struck me most was the peacefulness of the park itself. There's something deeply moving about being surrounded by that vastness and just observing nature in silence. I also had the chance to visit a Maasai village, which was a beautiful and meaningful cultural experience that I will always treasure. A fun detail: Dennis even waited for me while I looked for hot water to prepare my Argentine mate! That's the level of care and warmth he brought to the whole trip. My safari experience in Kenya was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The entire team showed an outstanding level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication throughout the trip. From the very first moment, I felt safe, welcomed, and extremely well taken care of. Every member of the team was incredibly polite, respectful, and attentive at all times. What impressed me the most was how protective and responsible they were, always making sure that every guest felt comfortable and secure during the safari. Their driving skills were excellent, even on difficult terrain, which allowed me to enjoy the experience with complete confidence and peace of mind. The guides had an impressive knowledge of the animals, their behaviour, and the entire ecosystem. Their passion for wildlife and nature could truly be felt in every explanation and every game drive. I learned so much during the experience, and thanks to their expertise, I was able to see and understand the beauty of the safari on a much deeper level. This was much more than just a trip — it was an unforgettable experience made special by an extraordinary team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality safari experience with people who genuinely care about their guests and who perform their work with excellence and passion. We had an absolutely amazing safari experience with Africa Jocky Tours & Safaris and especially with our guide Francis. We have already done two safaris before, but this one was by far the best experience we have ever had. From the very beginning, everything during the safari itself was perfectly organized and we felt safe, comfortable and truly welcomed throughout the entire trip. What made this safari so special was definitely Francis. You can immediately feel how passionate he is about nature and wildlife. His knowledge about the animals, the environment and the national parks was honestly incredible. He answered every single question we had with so much patience and enthusiasm and taught us so many interesting things during the tour. Francis always went above and beyond to give us the best possible experience. He put in 110% effort every single day to help us spot the animals we dreamed of seeing and to make every moment unforgettable. Thanks to him, we saw so many beautiful animals and had countless magical moments during the safari. You could really tell that this is not “just a job” for him — he genuinely loves what he does and truly cares about giving his guests the best experience possible. The landscapes, the wildlife, the atmosphere and the overall organization during the safari were simply perfect. Every detail on the tour itself was well planned and we always felt taken care of. All the staff we met during the safari itself were very kind and welcoming. The only unfortunate part of the experience was the interaction with one woman at the office in Nairobi before the safari started. We had clearly agreed on a specific price beforehand via messages and email. At first, however, she tried to charge us a different price until we showed her the email confirmation with the previously agreed amount. Only after we insisted and showed the written confirmation was the correct agreed price accepted. During this interaction, she appeared visibly annoyed and the communication unfortunately did not feel very friendly or welcoming. In addition, a different exchange rate than the official bank exchange rate was used for the payment, which resulted in us paying slightly more in the end. Financially it was not a major difference, but the handling of the situation did not feel completely transparent or professional to us. Despite this experience at the Nairobi office, the safari itself was truly outstanding and Francis made this trip unforgettable for us. Because of him, this was still an incredible experience overall and one we would absolutely recommend to others visiting Kenya. A huge thank you again to Francis for making this trip so special for us. We are extremely grateful and would choose this safari experience again anytime. Definitely a 5-star safari experience thanks to Francis and the amazing time we had in nature!

We were looking to book a three-day safari in the Masai Mara and, after some research, came across Jocky Tour. From the start, communication was quick, clear, and very smooth. They helped us organize the entire trip, including transport from Nairobi, a guide, and a very comfortable two-night stay. On the first day, we were able to go on a game drive shortly after arriving in the Masai Mara. The second day was a full-day safari, which was an incredible experience. On the third day, we visited a Maasai village before heading back to Nairobi. Our guide, Kennedy, was extremely kind, highly knowledgeable about the animals, and shared a lot of interesting information about the wildlife in the Masai Mara. He went above and beyond to help us spot the Big Five and always made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, everything was perfect. Thank you to Jocky Tour and to Kennedy for such an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend them!

The whole process was very simple from beginning till the end and the prices were pretty reasonable. Our tour operator, David was helpful and there was no point in time where we were unhappy. He gave us good information about the animals we were encountering during the safari. Overall, it was a good experience.

The trip was fantastic. Our guide, Francis, was super friendly and was very adept at finding the big cats. Saw many lions cheetahs and even the elusive leopard. Made great memories and ended up with some amazing pictures. I stayed at Jambo lodge in a glass walled cabin that had a comfortable bed. The food was good and the lodge had a pool which proved to be a refreshing end to the day Definitely would recommend wholeheartedly

Our Tourguide Francis was a great guide and driver. He brought as very close to the animals. We saw Lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalos, hippos, crocodiles very close. Even a Leopard in a Tree. Of course Giraffes, Zebras, gazelles, a Hygiene ... Within ohne Day. Francis ist very experienced and friendly. I hope to do Safari with Jockey Tours and Francis again. Thank you very much!
