Excellent service. They were ready and waiting for us when we arrived, and communicated with us as soon as we landed! The vehicle was super clean and comfortable. Our driver was very good.

This was a fantastic...
This was a fantastic experience. It was the first time we used a travel service for pickup at the airport and we would recommend Viator without a doubt.

Excellent service!!
Booking was easy. Andrew was our greeter and text as soon as we landed and let us know where he’d meet us and which baggage claim to go to. He got our bags and walked us to the pick up spot. Yuan was our driver and also text instructions on how to get to the pick up spot. Andrew called him as soon as we were in the garage and he came right up. Our bags were loaded and unloaded for us. Car was scheduled as a sedan but ended up being a large SUV and was very clean and nice. It couldn’t have gone more smooth!

Excellently arranged. Good reception at JFK and guidance to the taxi. Comfortable car and a quiet, good driver. Top start to our week in NY.

Can Count on Them
Our flight was delayed 2.5+ hours. We missed a planned excursion but we still were able to count on our driver and the service here to drive us to our hotel. They stayed in contact with us all the way through.

Exceptional!!
In all my travels, and there have been many, this was the most smooth no hassle or questions transfer experience ever. The staff was courteous and conversed well and very professional and polite. Again, EXCEPTIONAL!!

Never Again Will I Rideshare
The person at airport was not the driver who contacted me. As a solo female traveling this was not safe as he tried to pass me off to a random “ride share” stating he was just a greeter. I called the number provided to me and there was no response (I also texted). This was an extremely scary experience and I ended up getting a taxi after finding a Port Authority Officer.

driver was late, not prepared to drive four people. took a very long route through new jersey small towns (away from the city) to get to the city.
