They did not speak English and only used WhatsApp, hard to communicate. Driver was impatient. Didn't know we had an electric, foldable scooter, even though it was confirmed twice at booking, and he did not want to wait for us to retrieve our mother's cane from the hotel room, even though it was within the posted wait times.

Our driver Kevin was so polite and answered our many questions as he drove us to our hotel. He was such a gentleman, putting our luggage in the car, opening our door, and giving us water. We are requesting him for our return trip to the airport which we have already booked.

Even though driver could not speak English we overall had a good experience. Travel was awful but driver was experienced in navigating.

Awesome experience. Will definitely do it again. I had a nice comfortable car ride to myself. Very easy pick up location made it easy to meet with my driver. My flight was quite a bit early and the driver was there. So much better than a taxi or shuttle bus. Very reasonably priced for a ride from La Guardia to my Manhattan hotel. Highly recommend this ride. Will do again!!!!
