The driver was very nice,...
The driver was very nice, but the vehicle was old and I was given a single seat in the rear that was also reserved for luggage. This is not what I expected and it was not comfortable.

Responsibility. Respect, assistance, and friendly treatment. The vehicle for the transfer was clean and comfortable.

New York mishap
Unable to use service due to the fact our plane was diverted to a different airport. We were supposed to land at LaGuardia but actually landed at JFK 2 hours late

LGA Airport transfer
It was a great experience. Thanks to Denis, the driver, for calling me and I was able to talk to him. He seems like a nice guy. The van was clean and smells good. We arrived at our destination safely and sound.

Flight waited 20 minutes...
Flight waited 20 minutes to let us off the plane. They waited for us and were very communicative in getting us to shuttle.

My flight got in...
My flight got in 30.minutes early and I had to wait 1.5 hours for my. The directions also sent me to the wrong place. My stop was first, so that was great.
