Great Ride!
Jet Black experience was fantastic! Soon after I booked my ride from JFK to midtown NYC I received email and text communications. Upon arrival my driver texted me and we were met at curbside. No need to travel on the airtrain to ride share pickup. The ride into town was smooth and the driver was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended car services
The driver arrived promptly once we let him know we were ready. He was helpful with our luggage and very courteous throughout the ride. He used Waze to check traffic and find the fastest route. I’ll be using this service every time I need car transportation. Highly recommended and the most convenient car service I've used.

Scam! Avoid at all costs!
Avoid this scam! We have booked a ride to get to the airport with our 4,5 months old baby days in advance because we wanted to make sure we have a safe ride. We got an official confirmation. Hours before the trip, the company canceled on us citing high demand. We never got our money back (USD 180) and the company is ghosting us. This company is fraud!
事業者からの返答
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We want to clarify that JetBlack Transportation never cancels a confirmed ride unless there is an unavoidable emergency in the city or at the airport, or if local laws and regulations prevent us from safely entering the pickup location. Regarding your payment, we have issued a full refund for your trip. Unfortunately, some of the instructions requested could not be followed due to local regulations, which impacted our ability to provide the service as initially planned. We take all feedback seriously and regret that this situation caused frustration. Our goal is always to provide safe, reliable, and professional service to every client.

Highly recommend this transfer service
I booked JetBlack Transportation from JFK and the service was excellent. The driver was waiting on time, the car was spotless, and the ride into the city was smooth. After a long flight, it was a great to have such a reliable and professional service. I felt safe and taken care of the entire trip. Highly recommend JetBlack if you’re flying into JFK and want a hassle-free transfer.

I started using jetblack on the recommendation of a friend and after I had a horrible experience with Lyft. They have never let me down. My last flight was delayed and I did not get out of the airport until midnight, that was 2 hours past the designated pick up time. Jetblack was right there for me, no extra charges and got me to my destination in record time. Would recommend them to anyone, especially coming from JFK. Love them.
