Terrible experience. We were told to be ready at 8:00 AM, and we were ready with our children, but no driver came and no one contacted us. We paid in advance and wasted our holiday morning waiting in the hotel lobby. The support was slow and only kept saying they emailed the operator. This caused stress, tired kids, and ruined our plans. Very poor service, very poor communication, and not professional at all. I would not recommend this tour.
Everything was very correct. The boat was very good. The staff was also great. The food was very, very good for the price of the excursion. In the end, everything was fine, except that the departure time was set for 9 and we left at 10.

This was a fantastic way to spend a day outside the city. The ferry ride was relaxing, the islands were beautiful, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. Our guide was friendly and helpful, explaining the plan clearly and making sure everyone was comfortable. Lunch was tasty and served in a lovely setting. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the scenic views—such a refreshing break from the busy city. Highly recommended if you want a calm and enjoyable day trip!
