Terrible experience. The company changed my pickup time and pickup point without my approval and consent, and subsequently canceled the service, leaving me without transportation. However, they charged my card 3 days before the scheduled time. The driver was verbally aggressive in all his texts when I contacted him after 30 minutes of waiting in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner. I was also concerned that my personal information appeared to be shared with other people, as I began receiving messages on my private phone number afterward, asking me for a picture and my credit card number. The service was unreliable, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this company. The service was via Viator, and I am in the process of getting my full refund.

Unfortunately, this was a no-show, and we had to spend time with support to work out what was going on. They blamed it on technical issues, which is no consolation when we need to scramble at the last minute for transport.
