This. Was one of the most wonderful experiences.Our guide Carlos was not just knowledgeable about all things and wild life of the island but he was so kind and patient to an old lady (me). The beach was perfect and the waters clear and calm. If I could do it again I would in a second. If you are a bird watcher you cannot wish for a better experience. I think we saw more than 25 different birds.

This was such an amazing experience! We are able to jump in 4 different times with a whale shark in beautiful blue water. Each time we at an arms length away from the whale shark. Our tour guide Carlos was able to get beautiful shots of us up close with the whale shark. After the tour they brought us to isla mujeres and made us a freshly caught fish ceviche. It was some of the best ceviche we ever had. They were so wonderful to us and very very helpful with everything. Definitely worth doing as a big or small group. We had done this tour last year as a small group tour with another company and felt like we got so much time and bang for our buck this way. We got private time almost with a whale shark because the captain skillfully found one with no one around. The previous trip I’d taken, someone either landed on me when we made the jump or hit my in the face while swimming. On this tour I didn’t have any issues. It was the perfect experience. Highly recommend for families with small children and/or a group of 4+ friends or family. Absolutely WORTH IT.

The shuttle didn’t show up as it was suppose to 7am, could’nt get hold of anyone because the “office” was closed till 9, after talking with them, they’ve sent special taxi 9:30...The taco took us to the port no one knew what’s going on, the staff on the boat was nice but the boat itself didn’t look at all as the picture on the website...the trip was nice that’s why I gave 2 stars out of 5 but service was horrible.
