This was such a fun experience and definitely one of my favorite activities in Istanbul. I arrived a little early, and they were kind enough to let me get started early, which I really appreciated. I loved getting to choose the colors and design for my lamp and then actually put everything together myself. The class was easy to follow, really relaxing, and a nice break from sightseeing. I also loved that you leave with something you actually made, so it feels like a really special souvenir from the trip instead of just something you bought. I would definitely recommend this class if you’re looking for something creative and memorable to do in Istanbul.

Fun and Beautiful
The place is super easy to find (read the instructions) and close to the Tram. It was a pretty big location with different workshops running at the same time. Everything was clean and beautiful. We had a lot of fun making this. Duygu was the perfect combination of letting us enjoy ourselves decorating this lamp and guiding us on how to best go about it. When we were done, she wrapped it for us. The plug provided is the local one so you might need an adapter.

Lovely experience, one on one instruction on how to decorate the lamps, our instructor was really friendly, we had free flowing drinks and Turkish delight, and didn’t feel rushed at any point. Really happy with our creations

Enjoyable morning
Great fun with easy to follow steps. Worth every cent. Lamp was well packaged and made it home to Australia in one piece.

We really enjoyed the workshop! It was fun to choose the colors, come up with a pattern, and make our own lamps. Everything was easy to understand and interesting, and our lamps turned out really beautiful. We had a great time and would definitely come again!

Relaxing creative souvenir experiences
We loved this experience. The perfect souvenir to take home. We worked with Samira and she was so helpful with creating our designs. This was also so relaxing to end a long travel day.
