Wife and I with 2 large bags. Nice transfer, beat dragging our bags thru trains and subways. Driver met us in airport parking garage.

Great service! The driver was waiting for us when we arrived and was flexible when I needed to run to pick up my SIM card. The driver even helped with all my bags. I highly recommend, it was great! We didn’t have to worry about trying to lug our bags through the train or bus and he dropped us off in front of our airbnb.

I paid for a service and didn't get it. I had a flight change and the company was unable to pick us up, despite having already paid the full cost of the service. If they refused to make a refund, I tried to request a partial refund and still couldn't. They could have at least sent another car, we had to turn around to be able to transport us, full of bags. The service should be paid after the performance of the same, at least half. Disappointed because I already had another good experience with the company
