From the coordination of the pick up, to all of the check ins to ensure that I meet with the driver, to the professionalism and kindness of the driver, this was truly a wonderful experience. A perfect introduction to Seoul.
Travel to and from ICN was seamless. Our driver contacted me 1-2 days prior to pickup with instructions. Upon arrival to Incheon, our driver was waiting at arrival area and helped us with luggage. Upon return to Incheon our driver was very flexible up until we were in the car on the way to the airport! Vehicles were clean, spacious and comfortable. Price is higher than airport limo/train but much more convenient with luggage. Highly recommend for our next trip!

We requested an English speaking driver. Our driver spoke English every well and we were able to communicate and have very nice conversations. He was professional, friendly and capable driver. Would highly recommend.

Our driver was communicative -he messaged in advance of arrival on WhatsApp. We had requested an 8am pick-up in case of late arrival from Sydney, but flight was only a few minutes late at 6.33am. Despite the 8am request, our driver was waiting at 7.00am, and as we texted one another photos, he found us instantly. He provided an excellent Meet & Greet to the start of our visit to Seoul.
