The driver and vehicle were perfect. We fit all 6 suitcases, 3 backpacks and 3 people with plenty of room to spare. He loaded and loaded our luggage for us. He arrived early and waited for us, good communication so we knew he would be there when we needed to head to the airport. Such a relief!
Our driver, Dong-hyuk Kim, communicated very well: texted when we made the booking to confirm details, texted upon arrival (and he was early so we didn’t stress about time). His driving was safe and comfortable and the car was clean! I would definitely use this service again!

Our driver was fantastic!! He was punctual, patient, very courteous, and knowledgeable. He showed us different parts of the city on our journey , gave great ideas and tips for our visit, and most importantly was a safe driver and got us to our destination on time.
