When we booked this excursion, we weren’t sure how the kids would feel riding horses for the first time... but it turned out to be one of the best moments of our trip! From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly kind and patient. They took their time to explain everything and help the kids feel calm and comfortable. Seeing their excited faces as they got on the horses was priceless. The horses are so gentle, and you can tell they are very well cared for. The ride itself was beautiful, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. It was the perfect plan for us to disconnect as a family and create beautiful memories. If you’re traveling with kids and looking for something different, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, I highly recommend this excursion.

Full credit to the driver who picked us on time and Joe who took us on the horse back ride. They were both awesome. My issue is with the horses. They looked as if they were about to die. They were hungry and skinny. We felt bad for even riding on those. We didn’t go all the way to the beach as the ride would have been more than 3 hrs long if we did and that would be a lot. I wish this place was closer to the beach. On the way we stopped at this coffee and chocolate store which tried to milk us for $35 for a half pound of beans. The experience was good, we enjoyed it, people were awesome but I wouldn’t recommend this to others if you are expecting a comfortable ride in some good looking horses.

The total duration is approximately three hours, and this is communicated clearly before booking. Regarding the horses, we take their well-being very seriously. They are under the care of experienced handlers and receive regular veterinary attention, proper nutrition, and rest periods to ensure they are healthy and fit for riding. Additionally, we want to clarify that your decision to cancel the service after arriving at the beach was entirely your choice, and per our policy, refunds cannot be issued in such cases. Our team works hard to provide a well-organized experience for all our guests, and we are transparent about the itinerary and duration of our tours. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and your positive remarks about our team. We hope you’ll give us another opportunity in the future to provide you with an experience that fully meets your expectations.
I wish we could share memorable moments but the horses didn't show up until after we waited two hours and had already decided to head back to the resort. One employee did step up and drove us back to the resort and apologized for what happened but I will never book with them again.

It was my favourite activity of our whole trip! Yeikol was our guide in our ride, he is a very polite and sweet boy and he is a master of his craft, tame and educate horses. They listen to him and he treats them with love.

I went on an amazing horseback and was overwhelmed with how well the hourses are trained. Yeikol was leading my trip and has been training the hours since he was 12 years old. The love and skill he has made my experience more than I imaged ot would. If you do decide to go horse riding I recommend asking for him especially you won't regret

After some back and forth by email to determine exactly where the pick up location was, we were picked up on time and delivered to a shack on the side of the road, where a young man gave us information on the local produce (cocoa, vanilla, coffee etc.) Which then of course lead to a sales pitch in the shop area. We got away from the shop and the guide helped up on to out horses. The horse ride set off along the side of a busy highway for about two hundred yards before turning down a dirt track which was shared with the ATV's and dirt buggies. The track had deep water filled mud pits spanning its width. As we weaved in and out of the puddles whilst trying to avoid the thorny low hanging bushes at the sides of the road, our shoes and clothing got coated in mud. This continued for around 30 minutes, which felt like a lifetime. We then turned onto paved roads for another 15 minutes while we found our way to the beach. The beach was beautiful and the view was fantastic. They have someone taking photos that you can buy at the end of the trip, which I'm sure looked good, but we were so unhappy with the whole thing that we just wanted to get out of there. This trip was advertised as both delightful and elegant. It was not.
