I would NOT recommend this company. The host provided a booking time separate from the pick up time. We missed the experience due to the misunderstanding of the time pick up, they did not refund the money, was going to charge more to book another day while not getting the full experience. This experience was disappointing to not refund people I found to be unethical and it felt like extortion or Fraud. I would not book or recommend this company. Visitor did not help with receiving a refund. A complete loss without the experience.

Additionally, one day before the scheduled experience, our team attempts to contact all participants by phone to remind them of their booking, answer any questions they may have, and clarify any concerns regarding the pickup time or location. After reviewing our records, we confirmed that a message containing your specific pickup details was sent only a few minutes after your booking was received. We also made several attempts to contact you one day before the experience to provide a reminder; however, we did not receive an answer at the telephone number registered with the booking. We encourage all travelers to contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of their experience to confirm the exact pickup time and location. This was such an amazing experience to have with my friends. Even with it raining off and on all day, the group coordinators (Javi and Manny) made sure we all had fun. The Cenote and ATVs were my favorite adventures. Also, I’m glad there was a professional photographer — s/o to Saeed [?] — who captured all of the cool moments. Whenever I’m back in Cancun, I’ll be signing up for this again!
