ホイアンのあなたのホテルからピックアップ（ホイアンセントラルから1〜5キロ）ツアーは、バイクからの騒音がない木ボン川沿いの自転車に乗って開始し、100年以上漁村を訪問します。その後、地元の人々を観察するために平和なペースで田舎道を探索するサイクリングを続けます。 7ヘクタール以上の水ココナッツ村をサイクリング、多くの人々の歴史とベトナム戦争に関連する物語。 その後、バスケットボートで45分間を楽しみ、網を投げて魚、カニを捕まえる方法を学びます。 その後、オーガニック野菜の村までサイクリングを続けます。 途中、田んぼを通り、収穫期の苦労を共有します。 水牛に憧れ、村では、野菜の植え方や有機肥料の使い方をガイドします。 地元の家庭を訪問して、お楽しみ＆ショートクッキングクラス（ ライスパンケーキ ）をした後、地元の特産品のランチをお楽しみください。 昼食後、ホテルに戻ってツアーを終了します。 (約16km)

地元の漁師が何百年もかけてここで魚を捕る方法を学びます
ガイドが稲作の季節とここでの稲作の手順を紹介し、田園風景を鑑賞し、水牛を見ます（田んぼは季節によって異なります）
水、ココナッツの葉、竹を使って家を作る方法を学び、その後、45分間、小さな運河で籠舟を漕ぐ体験をします。その間、地元の人のように網を投げて川で魚やカニを捕まえる方法を学びます。その後、ツアーガイドがベトナム戦争がここでどのように起こったのかをお話しします。
ここでは、ガイドが野菜の栽培方法や有機肥料の使い方を紹介し、ここで採れる野菜の香りや味を堪能できます。地元の人々は化学肥料の使用を一切許可されていません。ここはホイアンで唯一、街全体に野菜を供給する野菜村です。その後、ここで伝統的なホイアン料理の昼食をいただきます。

Our guide, Hoa, came and pick-up us at the hotel, to start this half-day tour in the Hoi An countryside. We rode through huge rice-fields, seeing water buffalos, small fishermen’s villages and along the river. We went to cool down in a coconut forest on basket boats and enjoyed local life there. We also tried our self fishing as the local do. We ended up our tour at a Family Small Restaurant and enjoyed the local food and juices. Before leaving we also enjoyed a foot herbal massage. Very nice day!
It was an amazing experience to do the scenery when we went in the bike tour if we need a break hai let us had one my favourite part was the cocking class we had so much fun making the pankacks we threw then and caught them overall it was amazing and I would definitely do it again
What a brilliant experience! Our guide Hai was brilliant… and as I couldn’t ride a cycle… I went on a bike with him. The pretty countryside and rice fields were lovely to see directly! The cooking class was loads of fun and the chef was humorous! Would def recommend!!
