The experience was unique as we had strong thunderstorms during the tour, but that made it memorable! Our tour guide, Mr. Bean, was truly amazing in managing this situation and helping us make the most of this tour under the weather conditions. He made sure, we had umbrellas and raincoats and looked after us. His sense of humour made this trip fun and very pleasant. I highly recommend doing this tour with Mr. Bean

Certainly an experience. We hadn't researched this tour much so the sheer scale was a real surprise and I think we only really saw a small portion of what seems to be available (that's not even including all the construction underway). Cable car trips are very impressive, again the scale was a huge surprise. Our guide 'Mr Bean' was very entertaining and attentive. At the end of our day we got stuck at the top for a few hours due to storms (during which the cable cars don't run) but Mr Bean organised us priority passes and got us back down ahead of the crowd. This is the kind of place where an experienced guide is really worthwhile, the place is a bit of maze and trying to navigate is challenging (the exit we used was an unmarked corridor through the brewery). As an aussie/westerner brace yourself for the lack of crowd etiquette, there's a complete disregard for lines/ques or simple manners amongst many of the other visitors. It's a behaviour I've noticed a lot during our trip but it was particularly bad at Bana Hills. This isn't a crack at the locals or staff either, they were generally great despite the treatment and attitudes of the guests they were trying to serve or help. All in all a very different proposition from our other Vietnam experiences. Definately not my usual thing but nonetheless I really enjoyed it and think if visiting again we'd even consider over nighting so we could take in more of what's on offer.

We had an amazing experience with Owen during our Bana Hills tour! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and well-organized throughout the day. He arranged priority tickets for the Alpine Coaster, which saved us a lot of waiting time and made the experience even better. Owen took us through all the major attractions, including the stunning Golden Bridge, the beautiful French Village, and shared interesting facts and stories along the way. He also recommended the best croissant at Bana Hills, and it absolutely lived up to the recommendation! His attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality made our trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. If you’re planning a visit to Bana Hills, I highly recommend Owen as your tour guide. We liked Owen a lot and felt that he had a near-impossible job. It was hard when some of had fast passes and others not. Plus some really wanted to do rides, and that was not our thing. So thanks, Owen!

Owen was purist guide. Very kind and respectful. Always looking for the safe of the people. The only advice for him is when going to the stops, provide directions for the restrooms just to be considered instead of initiate right away. Also a little more to know about Vietnamese culture and background of the places to visit would be welcomed. Great job!

Ba Na Hills was so amazing! Better than we expected and so much more than we thought it was going to be! Owen our guide was amazing! We were in a group with 5 families that were not related and he was able to let us all do different activities and yet wrangle us back together! He was very entertaining! 5 stars!

Wonderful experience with Kiet

Good experience .. cable car ride was interesting. Fantastic views of the hills ! Despite the rain and delay in getting to the cable cars we managed to arrive safely down to ground level .. thanks to the efforts of Tien our guide. He is alert as he noticed that we did not visit the Buddha Statue and Heaven Garden and promptly text us to check on us!

Our tour guide Sherlock was very friendly and good. He helped us with the VIP pass which saved us lot of waiting time. He gve clear instruction and explanation It was a fun trip.
