Ours was a private tour our tour was with Nhu Quynh. She was a good and friendly guide,. She was very punctual, explained everything about Ba Na Hills. Took us around at our pace showed us around, guided ius all along. Quynh is very good guide. Everything in Ba Na Hills is magical. Beautifully maintained and very well presented. We are happy we got as n opportunity to see this awesome place. Thanks again to Quynh and Dong our driver, punctual polite and safe.

Lanh was such a wonderful tour guide! He was great at showing us around (this place was huge!) and telling us more about the area and Vietnam. They were also super flexible in picking us up from Hoi An but dropping in Da Nang so we could make a train. Really great day!

We had a great time! Our tour guide was Hannah and driver was Than. We had a great time at the park, got to see everything before the crowds hit and knew what we were doing and seeing due to our informative tour guide! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing morning tour with John and our driver, Strong! They arrived right on time and with welcoming personalities. The drive to Ba Na felt safe and stress free.John’s expertise made our visit to Ba Na Hills exceptionally efficient. We moved quickly when we wanted to, but never felt rushed when capturing the perfect photo or listening to his insightful explanations, like the history behind the Buddha life murals. He speaks excellent English, knew all the best shortcuts, and made sure we got our amazing lunch exactly when we needed it.To top it off, John went completely out of his way to help us when my wife's curling iron stopped working that morning. Even though they are surprisingly hard to find in Hoi An, he called around and successfully tracked down the last one at a small beauty supply shop which we easily stopped at and grabbed on the way back. John is a fantastic guide with a great personality. We saw everything we wanted to see, had an awesome morning, and are already planning to book our next tour with him! Highly recommend!

John was an exceptional tour guide! Mr Strong was the best driver offering us cold water and getting us to and from hotel safely. John took photos and captured our day perfectly whilst giving us insight on some history Would recommend 10/10

Amazing trip, cable car was awesome and when u get to the top very surreal!! Enjoyed it all and the guide so helpful and informative, the views from the bridge breath taking, all in all an enjoyable family day.

Our trip to Ba Na Hills was unforgettable, largely thanks to our amazing tour guide John! He had a wonderfully lighthearted and relatable energy that kept us laughing all day. It never felt like a rigid tour, but rather like exploring with a knowledgeable friend. He expertly navigated the crowds, timing our stops perfectly, and even acted as our personal photographer, finding all the best spots for fantastic photos. He made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with John. The guide was excellent with great English. Planning was also perfect where we just managed to avoid crowds at Ba Na hills. Knew exactly where to go and when. Highly recommended!

John was a bloody great guide, he had a fantastic sense of humour and was very knowledgable about the bridge and its suroundings. These sights you would not see anywhere else in the world and they are mind blowing to see in person. I would definetly recommend having a tour guide like John to show you around so you don't get lost and he knows all the best spots, he can take fabulous photos for you to treasure forever.

My husband and I had a great time on tour today. Our guide was lovely, spoke English very well, and tailored the experience to our pace and interests. She was very knowledgable and shared a lot of information on the history of the area. Highly recommend.
