The driver did not meet us with a sign and did not help with luggage. Instead sent a text as to how to meet him down in the parking structure outside! It would have been easier and cheaper to take a taxi. It was very difficult to walk all that way with our luggage! It was the easy button for him and very difficult for us. His car was nice….

We would like to clarify that for our standard bookings on this platform, the default meeting point is at the designated parking area. We do offer a premium "Meet & Greet" (Name Sign Service) inside the arrival hall for an additional 2,000 JPY, which covers the airport parking fees and the driver’s waiting time inside the terminal. We realize that this option might not have been clearly communicated or selected during your booking process. We are very sorry for the physical strain of moving your luggage to the parking area. Your comfort is important to us, and we are working to make our service descriptions clearer to prevent such confusion in the future. Driver was on time, professional and friendly! He contacted us as soon as we landed, helped with the luggage and got us to our hotel safely.
