Friendly and reliable service. Our driver was very attentive and kept in touch constantly while we dealt with inmigration and delayed luggage. Vehicles were very comfortable and our ride to the hotel was pleasent. Highly recommended.

Bao was excellent. Two days before he was to pick us up, he used WhatsApp to make a connection with us and to confirm our arrival date and time. At the airport, Bao was outside the customs clearance area with a sign bearing our name. When he saw I had wheelchair assistance, he asked the assistant if she would wait with me while he went to get the car and drove it right up to the curb. He delivered us to the hotel safely.
It was wonderful. Or drove was there waiting for us with a sign, as promised. He helped with it luggage, and got us Tony to our hotel. He was helpful and friendly, and see enjoyed the ride-even after our very long flight!
This is my first time in Japan and the company handle very impressive. So, quick delivered my bagged (6 bagged) to another hotle in tokyo quicker than i've expected and smooth.
A very smooth experience overall. I made an error with my flights landing time which the team caught and rectified immediately. The driver reached out 24hrs before the arrival time through WhatsApp. Our flight was delayed by an hour, the driver monitored the flight and adjusted his arrival time. Sent clear instructions on where to meet him at the airport.
