西条は日本三大酒造地の一つ。 西条駅から徒歩約1キロ圏内には7軒の酒蔵がある。 各蔵の歴史や日本酒について、英語ガイドの説明を受けながら、わずか2時間で効率よく全蔵を見学できます。 各蔵元おすすめの日本酒も試飲できます。 大吟醸や純米、冷凍酒など、さまざまなお酒が味わえます。 普段は平日に試飲をしない蔵元もあるので、全蔵の酒を試食できるのはとても貴重です。 ツアー当日に空きがある場合は、ツアー開始の4時間前まで予約できます。 是非、お気に入りのお酒を探しに来てください！ ＊日本語の法律では飲酒の法定年齢は20歳です。 乳幼児を含む20歳未満の方はご参加いただけません。 ＊テイスティングツアーです。 酒造りの見学はできませんのでご注意ください。

福美人は西条酒造学校と呼ばれ、数々の優れた酒造家を輩出してきました。 「福美人 純米酒」を味わってみましょう。 冬は燗酒が味わえる！
賀茂泉は、日本で初めて米と麹だけを原料とした純米酒の醸造を始めた蔵元のひとつです。 看板商品「純米吟醸酒 朱泉 本仕込み」を味わってください。
パンフレットの配布や酒蔵通りの情報提供、お土産も取り揃えています。 ここでトイレ休憩。
喜嶺酒造は他の西条酒と比べて辛口な味わいが特徴です。その月に飲み頃の日本酒を蔵元がブレンドした限定酒「吉田屋の酒」を試飲します。
西条鶴は、広島の蔵元が代々受け継いできた伝統の技で酒造りを行っています。 モンドセレクションを何度も受賞している「純米大吟醸原酒 神瑞」をご賞味いただけます。
白牡丹は広島県で最も古い酒蔵のひとつです。 1675 年に資金が投入されました。 生酒を特殊な方法で凍結させた無濾過生酒「氷菓」と大吟醸酒に漬け込んだ梅酒を試飲いただけます。
西条駅西側にある唯一の酒蔵が三陽鶴です。にごり酒の試飲や酒器の販売もございます。

My friend and I had a great afternoon Sake tasting with Shiori. She was very informative and we learnt so much about how sake is made,and the sake was delicious. A great area to taste sake as so many breweries in close proximity. Once our tour ended we had a great lunch at a local cafe. Was an awesome day and as I write this we are enjoying some sake overlooking Hiroshima.
We had amazing couple of hours with our guide Shiori on the Saijo Sakagura-dori Sake tasting tour, we saw seven Sake breweries, each different to the other in brewing & style. Shiori was very knowledgeable & a delight to be with.
A great tour made fantastic by our guide Ione. A little rushed as our group liked to savour the sake and talk! Highly recommend Ione :)

It was a lovely tour through one of the centers of japanese sake brewing. I did not know that there are so many different types of Sake. I can recommend this tour a lot. Especially to people who want to see a less touristy part of Japan.
Our tour guide was very informative and well prepared. We enjoyed tasting 10 different sakes in the 7 breweries in the Saijo area. Highly recommend.
We had a nice tour of toN spots and 7 sake distilleries. The host was excellent very friendly and gave us great information on sake. Tasted 9 sakes. All very different. We would highly recommend this tour . FYI we had never had sake before this tour.
Great experience! We ended up going to so many shops and learning so much about sake! I would absolutely recommend it for another!
What a fascinating and enjoyable tour! I admit to knowing nothing about sake before going and now I know a little more! An easy half hour train journey from Hiroshima to Saijo, which is dominated by red brick chimneys. Our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. My only criticism is that it was rushed and an extra half an hour would have allowed for more appreciation of the sake and town. Kampai!
The tour guide was great! Very knowledgeable and passionate! The tour is a bit rush though. It would be better to start a bit earlier e.g. 12pm and extend to 2.5 hours. This will allow more time to re-visit the Breweries after the tour, as most of them close at 4pm on weekdays.
