Not very clear exactly where to meet at the start but once we got on the bus everything ran very smoothly. Giovani was an excellent and knowledgeable guide who really knew his stuff and described what we were seeing and how the Romans would have lived in the time before the eruption. He was also very attentive to the less mobile members of the group. The Herculaneum site is amazing especially the museum of artefacts.
Our guide was very good at explaining all about the area it was good to hear about the history and see how the romans actually lived this sits is very well preserved and easy enough to walk around well done Giuliano you made the day very enjoyable and your passion for Herculaneum made it even enjoyable

Herculaneum is fantastic - small crowds, not too big, and very interesting history when viewed in tandem with Pompeii. We completely enjoyed the tour with our guide Giovanni and didn't need to bake in the heat too long.
Giovanni is a fantastic guide. No question he could not answer about Erculano (Herculaneum ...iur tour)or even Pompeii. Easy to understand with deep knowledge of the site. If you iu are interested in history come to Herculaneum and skip Pompeii.
