Made the right decision to book my Halong Bay 2D1N cruise when I'm physically in Hanoi! Price is better compared to booking via other operators like Klook. David was very helpful to explain the different cruise packages in detail including itinerary, rooms and route for us to make an informed decision that best suits our needs. Communication was seamless as his command of English was great. Pickup was hassle-free - we only needed to be ready by 8am in the morning for the shuttle bus to arrive. Extra peace of mind because arranging our own transport from Hanoi to Halong Bay would have been challenging for someone who doesn't know Vietnamese. The staff at the cruise were super friendly and the actual cruise ship was also bigger than expected. David even helped to secure a free upgrade for our room to be on the 2nd level which means better view from the balcony. Overall enjoyable trip to Halong Bay included great views, kayaking, cave visit, TiTop island etc. Would recommend anyone who's looking to visit Halong Bay to look for David. He will try to secure the room upgrade if it's at least 2-3 days in advance.

I booked 2 days/1night trip in Halong bay with Hanoi tour. i got surprise birthday cake from them, the trip is perfect, more than 5 stars cruise, I was so happy and have so good memories 🥰🥰🥰. Highly recommend to everyone

I wanted to go on trips and needed someone to arrange for me . I booked everything with Hanoi tour and miss Ann arrange everything. She arrange everything for Halong and Quy Nhon I had an amazing time Thank you Hanoi tours .

DO NOT USE THIS OPERATOR. We booked online and were never picked up for the tour. The tour operator never answered our phone calls or emails. This is a fake tour operator.

Hanoi Tour provided excellent one stop service for my Sapa trekking & homestay , Halong Bay, Ninh Binh and Danang trips. The customer service staff Ann, Julia and David were super responsive to my needs and were able to customise the tours to my liking. They also recommended fantastic local street food and spa in Old Quarters. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday experience. Highly recommended for first timers and return visitors.

We did the 2 night 3 days cruise in Hanoi. Simply marvelous, from start to finish all went really smooth. The company was super awesome, I have booked 5* cruise , they didn’t just upgrade our room ! they actually upgrade our cruise to 6* cruise called Elite on the sea, it’s a sister company to stellar on the sea. Elite cruise is a brand new cruise started in September/October 2022. Staff was super polite and super helpful. Always smile on their face, really commendable. And last but not least the food, yummmmmm It’s 7/8 course meals everyday. All with great quality, perfect potions and perfect presentations. We are Muslims , so they made sure to provide us the best possible alternatives . Really please with everything.. bravo to the team. Halong bay/lan ha bay is a must go place , scenery is to die for. I can spent weeks on the ship. It doesn’t sail much as a normal cruise so perfect for the people who have sailing sickness. Just book it and enjoy.

We have a few days to visit Hanoi . We were introduced to our friends by Hanoi Tours, and booked a trip to Sa pa and Hoa Lu Tam Coc, made a fantastic trip, the landscapes were very beautiful, we had a lot of interesting experiences. Highly recommended to Hanoi Tours
