We had a great time at the Hammam, deciding on a 30 minute massage. We were greeted and offered water/tea and were provided full details of the process before entering. After changing into our swimsuits in women's/men's areas, we were taken to the Arabian Baths which featured multiple pools with varying temperatures. We were told that our 30-minute massage could happen at the beginning, middle, or end of our time in the baths. Around 20 minutes in, a staff member came to escort us to the massage area. The massage was great, and we would certainly recommend 30+ for massage. We spent the rest of the time in the baths, alternating between pools as well as using the cold plunge before returning to the baths. The baths are silent, so I do recommend going with someone who is willing to relax quietly without the distraction of talking or technology. Overall, very calming and relaxing and a price that matched the quality of the experience. Though we did our visit during our stay in Madrid, I would recommend perhaps doing this at the beginning of your trip to "reset" after traveling!

If relaxation and presence are what you're looking for, there is nothing better than the Hammam. I can guarantee that any future trip I take to Madrid will include a stop at the Hammam!

Recommended experience. Exquisite service, very pleasant Mood and great facilities. Zahrawi massage is a real wonder thanks to Elia’s hands. However, I think they should review group policy. People who go in groups want a group experience incompatible with those who seek a space of relaxation and disconnection.

Quiet and calm. They manage the people flow in a way that you feel like there's just a couple other folks there.

The worst experience possible. We were not provided service, no accomations were made, no rescheduling. Our group was out $600. Extremely unpleasant. Do not recommend. Three of us made separate reservations through trip advisor and were not Informed of the bathing suit requirement. We are all seasoned travelers - and this was the only “ Hammam “ that requires a bathing suit. It’s not a real Hammam. Denied both bathing and the one hour massage.
Wasn’t sure what to expect. Pleasantly surprised. Sauna & numerous pools to relax in at various temperatures including cold. The whole place exudes a tranquil chilled relaxed vibe that melts everyday stress away. The massage was the high point. Firm but not unpleasant or uncomfortable. The aroma from the oils used & the rooibos tea,loved it. An incredible experience & no doubt I will be back when I return to Madrid.

The experience was great, the people and massage were amazing. This is a place of quit. But some of the customers were chatty , and 1 couple was making out in the pool. If only people could just close there mouth for a hour and enjoy the adult experiance would have been really great to just zen.

Adviceable 100%. Experience to repeat. With bath and exfoliation. And 30-minute massage. And 45 minutes of total relaxation. Very clean facilities. Very friendly staff and respect the silence that is very important to make it a very advisable experience.
