Hot water baths are not very hot, nor cold as they should be. The wet sauna didn't have much water vapor. Overall it was quite disappointing. We have been to many other spas in Spain and this is one of the worst. They don't give slippers or flip-flops or bathrobe or towel. The unremarkable massage. Very expensive for what it is.

No somos un spa, nuestra propuesta es distinta, en el Hammam se busca la relajación a través de la atmosfera que se crea (luz tenue, música relajante, aromas...) y del contraste de las temperaturas de las termas (la caliente está a la temperatura máxima marcada por las normativas de la comunida de madrid). Sentimos que no fuese lo que buscabas. Un saludo.
This was my first hammam experience and boy did it not disappoint. I had an amazing time soaking in the hot water bath and attempting to cold plunge my body in the cold bath. I went with a friend who loved the steam room, it was a bit too much for me. The kessa (exfoliation) was very relaxing and they even give you the glove they use as a keepsake. The massage - amazing - I just wish it had been longer. Next time I’m definitely going for an extended massage.

TERRIBLE AND THE HYGIENT QUESTIONABLE. The place is quite small, and the day we went it looked like Benidorm in summer (lots of people). They make you leave the locker room barefoot, when the workers wear shoes, with which they enter and leave the area, so it is a hotbed for grabbing anything on your feet, already a bad feeling at the beginning... You go down to the pool area, and very basic: one with cold water, another warm and another hot, and then the sauna area, that's it. Nobody gives you instructions on anything, so we wanted to think that all the people there were hygienic and like us, they had showered before getting into the pools, but who knows... When they notified us for the treatment, which should last 30 minutes, in 10 minutes they sent us away, a shame, with the money it cost us, what a minimum they treat you for at least the contracted time...not to mention that the The products used did not have any type of aroma...that is, as if they had added water and neutral soap.... Upon leaving the treatment, in which we left the same as we had come, since the exfoliation was hyper-fast in a couple of minutes, and the massage we barely realized how fast it was, of course, they gave us everything in 10 minutes instead of in 30 minutes that we had contracted..... It was making us so sad to see so many people in the pools, the damp roofs, etc., that we decided not to continue and leave. When we returned to the changing rooms, they did not have single-dose products, they were common, that is, a jar of cream for everyone to take, totally unhygienic....if you go despite everything, take your products to clean yourself... .. And finally at the entrance we indicated all our displeasure to the person there, whose response was something like, I'll comment on it, but I don't know if they're going to tell you anything about it..... In short, 0 recommended.

Nuestras instalaciones se higienizan continuamente para que estén totalmente desinfectadas y se pueda andar descalzo en su interior. El calzado de nuestro personal se usa exclusivamente dentro del Hammam. Las manchas de la pared son de cristalización y son tratadas de forma periódica pero por no dañar las bóvedas este tratamiento no puede ser más agresivo. Contamos con la figura del anfitrión que vela por el cumplimiento de las normas, y a quien pueden acudir en todo momento si tienen alguna duda. Controlamos nuestro aforo para ofrecer una grata experiencia, sentimos que en tu visita no lo hayas percibido de esta manera. Así mismo cumplimos los tiempos de los servicios y llevamos un control muy exhaustivo de los mismos. Traslado su comentario a nuestro departamento de calidad para seguir mejorando. Un saludo
I haven't come for a massage in a while and last Friday I came back and it was wonderful. They welcomed us and did the hand washing ritual, then they explained to us how everything worked and gave us way. There were people, but silence reigned in the hot springs and it seemed like we were alone. I think it was the key to being able to enjoy it so much. The tea was delicious, you can drink whatever you want during the hour and a half that you are there. The staff is very friendly and helps you if you need it. Highly recommended to try it and repeat from time to time. And please, respect others if you go and maintain silence, the difference in the experience is very noticeable.

An absolute must visit. Serene, beautiful spa experience with wonderful traditional Turkish spa treatments, water experience, and massage. I've been here on both my trips to Madrid, and will never visit the city without booking a visit here!
