The tour company that Viator used contacted me via WhatsApp a few days before this tour asking us to switch to another day. I couldn’t tell if it was the real tour operator, because I was told to just show up a day later, while our tickets were not changed. It seemed like it could be some sort of a scam, but I didn’t know how to contact Viator. I was eventually able to get the tour operator, CAF, to issue new vouchers, so we went a day later than we wanted to. The tour was very informative and we enjoyed touring Pisa. The tour leaves from a bus station in Florence and the bus has to park quite a ways from the tower in Pisa, so there’s a long walk both directions that we were not expecting.

Good Morning from Caf Tour & Travel, D
ear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that, despite the initial uncertainty, you were eventually able to receive the updated vouchers from CAF and enjoy your visit to Pisa.
We are sorry for the confusion caused by the change of date and understand why receiving a WhatsApp message while your original vouchers still showed the initial date could have been concerning. We would like to clarify that the message was sent directly by Caf Tour & Travel, the tour operator handling your booking, and our team contacted you precisely to assist with the date change. Once the new arrangements were confirmed, we sent you the updated vouchers reflecting the new tour date.
We are glad that everything was ultimately arranged correctly and that you were able to enjoy an informative visit to Pisa. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the walking distance from the bus parking area to the main sights, as this is useful information for future guests planning their experience.
Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Caf Tour & Travel.
Warm regards,
Caf Tour & Travel Team

Great tour, just need a sign Pisa tour meet here.
There was some confusion at the pickup point as there was nobody holding a sign saying Get Your Guide Pisa or other tour group meet here. So I walked up and down the bus line asking the drivers. Once onboard, everything was great. The local guide was knowledgeable and friendly as well.

Good walk around the monuments of Pisa.
A good half day walking tour around Pisa. Enough time to see the sights without needing to kill time. Stella was our guide and did a great job splitting commentary between English and Spanish. Driver Karim navigated the tight streets of Florence and Pisa masterfully.

Leave the details and worries for CAF and not you!
If you are visiting Florence, but would also like to see Pisa…this is an outstanding tour. All you have to do is find the departure spot…and they will handle everything else. Your half day will be turnkey while very informative. Our guide Stella did an excellent job. Leave the worries and detail to CAF tours. Thank you for a fun half day!
