We would like to express our sincerest thanks to Monty’s Cafe & Restaurant for the excellent experience provided to our group of 7 people, organized by Big World Tourisme. Everything was perfectly organized: the quality of the food was exceptional, the service very professional and the atmosphere very pleasant. In addition, we want to thank especially our multilingual driver, very friendly and professional, who made the tour even more comfortable and interesting thanks to his explanations. The visit of the main tourist places of Casablanca was very well organized, allowing us to discover the city in a pleasant and enriching way. Our group was completely satisfied with the care, hospitality and quality of service. We certainly recommend this experience to all visitors looking for serious organization and high quality service. I had a great time on this tour! I was traveling alone so was unsure about a private tour, but Ayoub was fantastic and made the day so much fun! I feel like I got to see the whole city, he gave me tons of facts about Casablanca and Morocco, and he made sure I got adequate time at each place. You even end the day with an authentic Moroccan lunch! It was comfortable and I felt safe and taken care of the whole time. I would highly recommend this tour for solo travelers, families or small groups. You definitely get your money’s worth!

Hassan was wonderful provided a beautiful tour of Morocco and helped me find the best Argon oil to take home was a gentleman and very knowledgeable.

The city tour was PHENOMENAL with an amazing tour guide. Imad was very knowledgeable of the history and architecture of Casablanca. He was very engaging and with each stop he made sure we were all doing well. He also was open to any places additional we would be interested in seeing. He made a great suggestion for authentic Moroccan cuisine. We could not ask for a better tour guide. He was very friendly and he was in tuned with the things we found interesting, and he built on that interest as we navigated through Casablanca. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour for visitors on holiday in Casablanca.

The company that we signed up for, said they never received our confirmation from Viator so we did not go on it. We got a refund.
Dear customer, as we previously spoke on the phone, yes you made a reservation with our company on November 24 at 08:06 and the reservation was cancelled on November 28 at 03:01. We sent you pictures showing everything. We apologize again for not understanding.
Hassan was an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable and accompanied us most of the time which we appreciated as this was our first trip to Morocco. We had a great time and would recommend the tour to anyone.

A polite young man picked us up, but I was dismayed to find him nearly mute. In my trying to make conversation, we realized that his English was limited. He took us to take photos outside of Rick’s Cafe, and then to an area to take photos of the Mosque across the water. At 3:00 p.m., when the Mosque opened, he dropped us off at the Mosque, where we were handed off to another guide, Hassan. Hassan was very friendly and cordial, with good English. He showed us around the Museum, and we purchased our own tickets to enter the Mosque. It was spectacular, as expected. Hassan was waiting for us when we came out. Traffic was typically horrendous, but Hassan is a skilled driver. He took us to a market, and guided us to a Pharmacy where we attended a presentation of various Moroccan oils. We purchased several bottles. We had a little free time there, and then we were taken to another market. Several highlights along the way were pointed out, but time didn’t permit for stops at them. We were returned to the Cruise Port in a timely fashion. We were grateful to Hassan for an enjoyable day. The vehicle was comfortable for 6 of us. I recommend this tour with Hassan.
