I rate this experience a 10/10! Our driver was Khair. It was for 4 of us - 2 couples. He was phenomenal. On time, actually early, clean, cool car, kept a cooler of cold water for us. He adjusted the itinerary based on how we wanted to spend our time. Faster in some places, longer in others. Extremely knowledgeable about Casablanca and Morocco, was able to answer all questions of our curious group with facts and a tremendous send of humor. We could not have asked for a better experience! Of our 14 day cruise, this was the VERY BEST day spent. I HIGHLY recommend!
We got to see Casablanca through the eyes of the best guide in Majie! Aka Magic!!!! His way of telling the story of Casablanca and Morocco was inspiring. We had a great time and an even better meal he suggested. Our driver Youssef was the best. He helped with picture taking and was so kind. We even booked another tour because of them.
Mohammad was our guide for the day. He provided more than exceptional service! From the prompt pickup to the conclusion right at our hotel door, he was extremely polite, courteous & ensure he made every effort to accommodate anything we wished to do or see. The day was amazing!! I would highly recommend!!

Terribly unorganized Premium tours. We ended up leaving an hour later, with 13 others. The consensus was that we could have found a better tour with other companies. On their tour listing it has pick up at cruise port. That is NOT WHAT HAPPENS . Even though their sites say they will. Disreputable
Hamza and Hishan were exceptional guides! They made our first day in Morocco absolutely amazing. The sights were incredible, and they kept the tour at a great pace while always being informative and engaging. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to start our trip. Highly recommend!

Pick up point was advertised as the cruise port including a map pinpointing that location. The actual pick up point was a 30 minute bus ride away. We didn’t know of the change in location until we were less than 24 hours notice - therefore no way to cancel and be refunded our payment.
The driver and Guide were very good. However, the itinerary was not really good because Casablanca is ra eally dirty city. I was expecting a really beautiful city and it is not. I even found out that Rick's Cabaret was not even used to film the Humphrey Bogart in Ingrid Bergman, Casablanca Movie. I would not recommend Casablanca to anybody
