It is a long trip but it’s worth it. Some roads are bumpy. The Hrachavank monastery is very impressive but surroundings walk is uneven. Have some change with you if using the washroom, not very clean. Overall trip was good and a good choice for the lunch break.

Good tour to Gyumri with Samuel and Edouard. I enjoyed it a lot

On 15.09.2026 we were on a tour. On the day of the tour, it is recommended to arrive at the office half an hour before the start of the tour. Buses are leaving the office, parked along the road, near the office. I need to come to the office and ask the employee what bus number it is. You take the spots yourself, so the earlier you arrive, the more choice of available spots you have. The air conditioner in the bus is in comfortable mode, it works even when waiting for tourists. There is a refrigerated compartment with water in the bus; you cannot walk around the bus while driving because it is better to take the water before the trip starts and during stops. The seats are comfortable, there is a footrest. The guide accompanies the tour in two languages, Russian and English, the same text is voiced alternately. The guide was Nina, the driver was Livon. Nina told about Armenia, it was very informative and introductory information for us, we liked it. Then when we got off the bus, Nina turned on something like a loudspeaker, and the story was clearly and clearly audible through the microphone, so there was no need to get close to the guide through the tourists. The tour was interesting and detailed. They gave free time, explaining what was necessary, and answered questions. We liked this travel agency; it gives a feeling of confidence that the tour will be high quality, the bus is in good condition, the driver is a professional, and the guide will understand your language and convey the necessary information to you.

Great experience and introduction to the beautiful city of Gyumri. Our guide, Arev, was fantastic - eloquent, knowledgeable, thoughtful, affable and a good singer to boot! The driver was fabulous as well.

Very nice excursion, Tour guide was very informative, Beautiful city ,never to be missed while in Armenia. Food was good and everything by the tour company well organised . Timing was perfect. Thank you. Thanks to the lovely driver too
