We were already in the Taxi on our way to the meeting point when the local vendor contacted us via WhatsApp to let us know that the tour was canceled. We wasted a half hour in the taxi getting to the meeting point and paid €20 for nothing.
The tour begins in the old part of town, a 10-minute walk from Tsarevets Fortress. Tourists typically walk to the sights—that is, to the meeting point. Due to this unforeseen incident, we have refunded your money, 100%, and as a bonus, we have given you a free audio guide to Veliko Tarnovo and an audio guide to Tsarevets Fortress. We have apologized and explained the situation. We regret that you were left with a negative impression.
The audio guide is excellent, and the guide who accompanied us added further details to the descriptions. Excellent experience.

Highly recommended experience Because of us, we were delayed and waited more than 15 minutes. The visit is ideal: a guide will tell you briefly in English and with an audio guide you will hear in Spanish an explanation of each location in detail. We saw the fortress and part of the city.
