I had an international flight into Sao Paulo with an arrival time of 6:35PM. By the time I got off the plane, cleared customs, collected my bags and was cleared out of baggage claim it was 7:45PM. The driver said he waited until 7:33 and left. The company, to date, has not issued a refund because they said the driver was there. IF they think you can complete the landing /customs/baggage claim in under an hour- Viator needs to get out of the airport transport business. I will dispute this with my credit card company.

Our named driver did not meet us at airport. He sent someone else. Car was way too small for 4 people with luggage. The number of people and luggage was clearly stated in my booking and on-line text with original driver. New driver claimed no SUV or shuttle van, as pictured in our confirmation, was available in Brazil! He did not speak English (as requested) and we had to communicate back & forth thru Google. We ended up stuck at the airport. Even though I booked and already paid for transportation for 4 adults from the airport, I had to pay for a second taxi to get us all to our hotel. This company should not be listed on Viator site, and I definitely do not recommend it.

I was a bit nervous initially as our travel required making two separate reservations. This service was EXCELLENT in servicing our needs. Our travel experience was truly WONDERFUL!!! Viator (specifically the driver) was extremely Professional and provided my wife and I with the reassurance we needed while traveling in a foreign country for the first time. . We fully appreciated the timelines, the courtesy, and the attentiveness to all the details provided by Viator. Trust! During any of my future travels I will not hesitate to contact Viator to assist with my travel needs.

Keep driver updated on your flight. Our flight was very late but our driver was there waiting. A well lit up sign with my name on it made me feel like a V.I.P.

There was difficulty locating driver when arrived at airport. Originally went with another Victor representative, who spoke no English. Called a supervisor, it was very confusing and no one knew the answer after at least 30 minutes outside airport. Finally sorted out through whats app but could hv been much better entry into country.

I gave it one star only because I couldn’t give it no stars. Double charged me two weeks before the trip after I had paid in full 3 months earlier. After being on the phone for hours when I got to the airport, they sent me a message saying they could not reach the driver and would be process refund. Basically left us stranded.

Upon arrival contact was not good. I did not know where to meet the driver nor go to WHATSAPP to get information. No one spoke English to help. When a stranger helped out Viator customer service they didn't call me back as promised. We felt stranded in Sao Paulob...but someone approached me and showed me a picture of the driver that's coming and took my picture to show him. Tha driver walked up to me with my picture and all went well after that. The driver was courteous and drove well, considering the traffic. It was not a pleasant welcome to Brazil or using Viator, as I do a lot!!

Our driver remained in contact with us prior to our arrival and when our flight was delayed, he notified us that he was waiting for us and to let us know when we gathered our luggage. He was very professional and used technology to communicate with us. Most importantly, our driver was prompt and brought us to our destination safely.
