Nuestra empresa cumplió con su compromiso: estuvimos en el aeropuerto y contamos con todos los registros y comprobantes de estacionamiento que lo confirman. Para que un servicio de traslado pueda realizarse, es responsabilidad del pasajero informar el número de vuelo, algo que usted no hizo. Además, intentamos contactarla por email y teléfono desde el 23 de abril para obtener esa información y nunca recibimos respuesta. No es posible adivinar un arribo sin datos ni comunicación. Somos una empresa seria y honesta, y el servicio no se completó debido a su falta de información.
